[摘要]目的：探讨筛骨垂直板在鼻部综合整形术中的应用。方法：切取部分中隔软骨及筛骨垂直板，将其切为条状，分别固定于
“L”形支架上，利用其做成鼻中隔延长移植物和鼻小柱支撑移植物，联合人工鼻假体材料（膨体聚四氟乙烯或硅胶）同期行鼻综
合整形术。结果：本组共142例就医者，其中14例失访，7例术后笑时鼻部有支撑感，121例随访1～36个月，鼻形均得到较好改善，
效果满意。结论：筛骨垂直板在鼻部综合整形术中较好地增加了鼻中隔张力，其方法简单，效果良好，值得在临床上推广应用。
Abstract:

Abstract: Objective To investigate whether the use of perpendicular plate of ethmoid bone in comprehensive rhinoplasty can
achieve a favorable aesthetic outcome. Methods An autogenous graft for extending nasal septum and columella was made by
attaching resected strips of cartilage of septum and perpendicular plate of ethmoid bone to a ‘L’ shaped stent. Implants made
of expanded polytetrafluoroethylene (ePTFE) or silicon were also used simultaneously for augmentation of the nasal tip and
nasal dorsum. Results A total of 142 patients in this group, 14 patients were lost to follow-up, 7 patients had a postoperative
complication of feeling uncomfortable when smile. 121 cases achieved safe, attractive, and acceptable outcomes in nasal
contouring during the 1-36 months follow-up period. Conclusion The use of perpendicular plate of ethmoid bone improved
the tension of nasal septum and obtained favorable aesthetic outcomes. It is a simple and feasible therapeutic approach for
comprehensive rhinoplasty in clinical practice.
