［摘要]目的：探讨超分子水杨酸外用治疗轻、中度痤疮的临床疗效。方法：采用随机对照的方法将140例轻、中度痤疮患
者分为两组。对照组：70例，采用阿达帕林凝胶外用治疗；治疗组：70例，采用30%超分子水杨酸和2%超分子水杨酸凝露治
疗。治疗12周后，在1个月和3个月分别进行随访、观察，记录皮损消退情况和不良反应。结果：治疗结束后1个月随访，治
疗组总有效率50.72%，对照组总有效率28.36%；3个月时随访，治疗组总有效率91.30%，对照组总有效率46.27%，两组有显
著性差异，具有统计学意义(P ＜0.05)。治疗组不良反应发生率为5.80%，对照组为59.70%，两组均未发生严重不良反应。结
论：超分子水杨酸外用治疗轻中度痤疮安全、有效，不良反应轻微，患者依从性好，可临床推广应用。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of supramolecular salicylic acid to treat mild to moderate
acne vulgaris. Methods 140 cases of mild to moderate facial acne vulgaris patients were randomly divided into two groups: 70
cases in the experimental group treated by supramolecular salicylic acid and 70 cases in the control group (0.1% adapalene gel).
Both of two groups accepted the treatment for 12 weeks.Two independent investigators evaluated outcomes and recorded sideeffects
at 1 and 3 months post-treatment. Results The effective rate of the experimental group was 50.72% and 91.3% respectively
at 1 and 3 months post-treatment. Meanwhile, the control group was 28.36% and 46.27% respectively. There was significant
difference between the two groups (P ＜0. 05). The incidence of adverse reactions of the treatment group was 5.8%, the control
group was 59.70%. There were no obvious side-effects in both groups. Conclusion The combination treatment of acne vulgaris
with glycolic acid is benefit for moderate to severe acne vulgaris. The side-effects is less and worth to apply in clinics.
