摘要:: [摘要]目的：探讨基质金属蛋白酶（Matrix metalloproteinase，MMP）-8和基质金属蛋白酶-13(MMP-13)的表达与种植体周
围炎的关系，评价其可否作为种植体周围炎诊断的客观指标。方法：使用吸潮纸尖提取40例健康种植体周围龈沟液样本，40
例种植体周围炎龈沟液样本，分别记录其探诊出血指数（Sulcular bleeding index，SBI），探诊深度（Probing depth，
PD），并拍摄X线片测量种植体周围牙槽骨丧失（Bone loss，BL）情况。使用ProcartaPlexTM多因子分析技术进行细胞因子
定量检测并分析。结果：种植体周围炎组SBI和PD值均高于健康种植体组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。种植体周围炎组
GCF中MMP-8含量均高于健康种植体组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；但MMP-13在种植体周围炎组和健康组龈沟液中的含
量比较，差异无统计学意义（P ＞0.05）。MMP-8含量与SBI、PD和BL正相关关系。结论：种植体周围炎龈沟液中MMP-8表达水
平升高，与临床种植体周围指标有一定的相关性，可作为种植体周围炎早期诊断和治疗的辅助指标。

Abstract:: Abstract: Objective To investigate the relationship between matrix metalloproteinase-8 (MMP-8) and matrix
metalloproteinase-13 (MMP-13) expression and peri-implantitis, and evaluate whether it can be used as an objective indicator
for early diagnosis of peri-implantitis. Methods 40 cases of gingival crevicular fluid around healthy implants and 40 cases
of peri-implantitis gingival crevicular fluid samples were extracted with moisture absorbing papertips. The sulcus bleeding
index, probing depth and X-ray were recorded.Quantitative detection and analysis of MMP-8 and MMP-13 by ProcartaPlexTM
multifactor analysis. Results The values of SBI and PD in the peri-implantitis group were higher than those in the healthy
implant group, the differences were statistically significant(P ＜0.05). The content of MMP-8 in GCF of peri-implantitis group
was higher than that of the healthy implant group(P ＜0.05). However, there was no significant difference in the content of
MMP-13 in the gingival crevicular fluid between the peri-implantitis group and the healthy implant group(P ＞0.05). Existence
of positive correlation between MMP-8 and SBI、PD and BL. Conclusion Increased expression of MMP-8 in gingival
crevicular fluid has a certain correlation with clinical indicators of implants, and can be used as an auxiliary indicator for early
diagnosis and treatment of peri implant inflammation.
