[摘要]目的：介绍应用MEAW弓矫治功能性下颌偏斜的方法，并评价其疗效。方法：选择25例功能性下颌偏斜的患者为研究对
象，年龄14～45岁。正中牙合位下前牙中线及软组织颏点偏斜均超过2mm，息止牙合位时下前牙中线及软组织颏点均与面中线一
致，或偏颌有明显改善。矫治过程中常规排齐整平上下牙弓，必要时对上牙弓狭窄的患者配合扩弓治疗。利用多曲唇弓调整
左右牙合平面，压低并唇倾上颌干扰牙，偏斜侧利用后方牙合诱导引导后缩的下颌骨向前。通过模型测量及术前术后CBCT片评价
疗效。结果：所有患者偏颌改善明显，正中牙合位下颌前牙中线与面中线一致，软组织颏点与面中线接近一致，双侧磨牙关系
达到中性，下颌中切牙中线位置平均改善（2.71±0.63）mm，颏点Me平均改善（1.40±0.59）mm。结论：MEAW弓能够在一定
程度上纠正功能性下颌偏斜。
Abstract:

Abstract: Objective To introduce and evaluate the method of multiloop edgewise arch wire (MEAW) used in the correction
of functional mandible lateral deviation(MLD). Methods 25 patients with MLD, aged from 14 to 45 were treated. Lower dental
mid-line and soft tissue chin mid-line of theses patients deviated to one side more than 2mm in ICP, and coincided with midline
or got closer to mid-line of face in CR position. After aligning and leveling the upper and lower dental arch and expanding
the upper arch when necessary, MEAW was used to correct the canted occlusal plane, to intrude the interferential teeth, and
to guide the mandible forward at the shift side by using retrusive guidance. Model and CBCT were used to evaluate treatment
effectiveness. Results MLD in all patients were improved effectively, lower dental mid-line coincided with facial mid-line in
ICP and soft tissue point Me became closer to facial mid-line. Class I molar relationships were obtained. Dental mid-line and
point Me improved( 2.71±0.63)mm and (1.40±0.59)mm respectively. Conclusion To some extend, MEAW can be used to
correct functional MLD.
