[摘要]目的：探讨不同修复方式在牙齿缺损修复中的疗效。方法：选取笔者科室2016年6月-2017年9月行牙齿修复的102例
(患牙186颗)患者为研究对象，根据患牙类型及部位的不同，分别采用种植修复(n =28，患牙50颗)、活动修复(n =40，患牙72
颗)，固定修复(n =34，患牙64颗)，比较三种修复方式的临床效果，在修复前及修复后4个月，分别对咀嚼效率、进食困难指
数(IED)及口腔健康影响程度量表(OIDP)评分测定并比较。结果：种植修复、活动修复及固定修复的成功率分别为92.00%、
83.00%、84.36%，种植修复的成功率显著高于活动修复与固定修复(P ＜0.05)。修复后，种植修复、活动修复与固定修复的
咀嚼效率、IED及OIDP评分均得到明显改善(P ＜0.05)；固定修复的咀嚼效率明显低于种植修复与活动修复(P ＜0.05)，活动
修复与固定修复的IED均明显高于种植修复(P ＜0.05)，活动修复的OIDP评分明显高于种植修复(P ＜0.05)，固定修复的OIDP
评分明显高于活动修复(P ＜0.05)。结论：不同方式的牙齿修复效果存在差异，种植修复的效果较佳。
Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of different repair methods in oral repair. Methods A total of 102
patients(186 pieces of offending teeth) were taken as research objects which were treated by oral repair in our hospital
from 2016.6-2017.9.All the patients were treated by implant prosthesis(n =28, 50 pieces of offending teeth),removable
prosthesis(n =40,72 pieces of offending teeth),fixed prosthesis(n =34, 64 pieces of offending teeth) according to different
types and parts of offending teeth. The remediation effect was compared between three kinds of repair methods, the chew
efficiency, eating difficulty index(IED) and oral health impact profile(OIDP) scores were measured and compared before
and 4 months after repair. Results The success rate of implant prosthesis,removable prosthesis and fixed prosthesis was
92.00%,83.00%,84.36%,respectively.The success rate of implant prosthesis was significantly higher than that of removable
prosthesis and fixed prosthesis (P ＜0.05). After repair, The chew efficiency, IED and OIDP scores of implant prosthesis,
removable prosthesis and fixed prosthesis was obviously improved(P ＜0.05). The chew efficiency of fixed prosthesis was
significantly lower than that of implant prosthesis and removable prosthesis(P ＜0.05), the IED of removable prosthesis and
fixed prosthesis was significantly higher than that of implant prosthesis(P ＜0.05), the OIDP scores of removable prosthesis
was significantly higher than that of implant prosthesis(P ＜0.05), the OIDP scores of fixed prosthesis was significantly higher
than that of removable prosthesis(P ＜0.05). Conclusion The repair effect of different repair methods were different and the
effectiveness of implant prosthesis was better.
