摘要:: [摘要]目的：评价采用微螺钉种植体作为强支抗的Ⅱ类高角病例中远中移动上颌全牙列治疗方法的有效性。方法：选择15例
安氏Ⅱ类成人高角病例，双侧上颌磨牙区植入自攻型微螺钉种植体作为支抗，实现上颌全牙列远移。通过对比头颅侧位片来
分析矫治前后侧貌以及上颌磨牙和中切牙的变化情况。结果：头影测量分析比较上颌第一磨牙和第二磨牙明显远中移动同时
伴有冠远中倾斜和少量压入,参与研究病例的正畸效果都达到预期。治疗中，种植体周围组织健康，种植体稳定。结论：设
计远中移动上颌牙列的成人Ⅱ类高角病例，配合微螺钉种植体作为强支抗，治疗结果良好，是不拔牙解除Ⅱ类关系，矫治上
颌牙齿前突，轻度拥挤的有效方法之一。

Abstract:: Abstract: Objective To access the effectiveness of distalization of maxillary arch with miniscrew implants anchorage in high
angle Class Ⅱ malocclusion.Methods 15 high angle Class Ⅱ adults were included in this study and the bilateral maxillary
molar area was implanted with self tapping microscrew implant as anchorage to achieve the distal movement of the maxillary
whole teeth. The lateral profile and the changes of maxillary molars and central incisor were analyzed by comparing lateral
cephalometric radiographs. Results After treatment, the first and second molars were distally moved and intruded.The
orthodontic effects of the cases were all expected; in the treatment, the tissue around the implant was healthy and the implant
was stable. Conclusion Good therapeutic effects have been achieved when miniscrew be used as strong an chorage for
distallzing maxillary arch in high angle Class Ⅱ patient. It is one of the effective methods with non extraction for correcting the
class Ⅱ malocclusion, maxillary protrusion, and the mild crowding.
