[摘要]目的：探究鼻腔歪斜合并鼻中隔偏曲患者同期修复治疗的临床疗效。方法：将笔者医院耳鼻喉科2014年3月-2017年8
月收治的60例鼻腔歪斜合并鼻中隔偏曲患者作为研究对象，采用鼻腔歪斜整形术联合鼻中隔偏曲矫正术对所有患者进行同期
手术治疗。观察、分析所有患者的同期修复治疗效果。结果：所有患者的鼻腔歪斜、鼻中隔偏曲以及鼻腔通气不畅等状况均
得到纠正和显著改善，鼻中隔位置处于中间位置，嵴突消失，鼻背挺直，鼻尖偏离中线在3mm以内，未见鼻腔粘连、鼻中隔
穿孔等并发症发生。治疗后，患者的鼻外形偏曲值明显低于治疗前，其鼻外形歪斜程度较治疗前显著改善，面部美观满意
度评分也明显高于治疗前，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。所有患者治疗后的NCV、NMCA水平明显高于治疗前，NAR水平则
明显低于治疗前，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论：同期修复治疗可有效改善鼻腔歪斜合并鼻中隔偏曲患者鼻通气功
能，还能使鼻腔歪斜得到有效纠正，获得较为满意的鼻面部美容整形效果，值得在临床上积极推广。

Abstract:

Abstract: Objective To research the clinical efficacy of simultaneous repair for nasal deviation and nasal septum deviation.
Methods From March 2014 to August 2017, 60 patients nasal deviation and nasal septum deviation in ear-nose-throat
department in our hospital were selected as the research objects. All patients were treated with nasal cavity oblique plastic
surgery combined with septum deviation correction. Observed and analyzed of all patients in the effect of simultaneous repair.
Results All patients with nasal deviation, nasal septum and nasal ventilation in poor condition were corrected and improved,
the nasal septum position was in the middle position, the ridge process disappeared, the nasal dorsum was straight, the nasal tip
deviated from the middle line within 3mm, and no complications such as nasal adhesion and perforation of the nasal septum
were found. After treatment, the deviation of nasal shape was significantly lower than that before treatment. The degree of
nasal distortion was significantly better than that before treatment, and the satisfaction score of facial beauty was significantly
higher than that before treatment, and the differences were statistically significant (P ＜0.05). The level of NCV and NMCA in
all patients were significantly higher than those before treatment, and the level of NAR was significantly lower than that before
treatment, and the differences were statistically significant (P ＜0.05). Conclusion Concurrent repair can effectively improve
nasal ventilation in patients with nasal deviation and nasal septum deviation, and can also effectively correct the nasal cavity
deviation, and get the more satisfactory cosmetic effect of the nose and face. It is worth promoting in clinic.
