摘要:: [摘要]目的：比较骨水平种植体与软组织水平种植体用于牙列缺损患者的修复效果，探讨其对口腔健康相关生活质量
(OHRQoL)的影响。方法：按照随机数字法将2014年1月-2016年6月在笔者科室行种植义齿修复的120例(202颗缺损牙)牙列缺
损患者分为A组与B组。A组：60例，患者采用Anthogyr骨水平种植体进行修复；B组：60例，患者采用Straumann软组织水平
种植体进行修复。修复后随访2年，比较两组患者的种植体成功率、植入扭力、术后1年的种植体周围骨吸收高度及止痛药物
使用时间，术后1年采用口腔健康影响程度量表(HIP-14中文版)与患者主观满意度调查表分别评价两组患者的OHRQoL与患者
对义齿修复的满意度。结果：两组患者的种植体成功率均为100.00%；A组的种植体周围骨吸收高度明显低于B组(t =2.743，
P =0.018)，两组的植入扭力、止痛药物使用时间比较，差异无统计学意义(P ＞0.05)；A组与B组的OHRQoL总评分分别为
9.00(6.00,15.00)、11.50(7.00,15.00)，两组比较差异无统计学意义(P ＞0.05)；两组的功能障碍、心理不适、残疾障碍评
分比较，差异具有统计学意义(Z =-2.194、-3.544 、3.583，P =0.027、0.000、0.000)，躯体性疼痛、生理障碍、心理障碍
及社会障碍的评分比较，差异无统计学意义(P ＞0.05)。A组与B组的总满意度分别为85.00%、81.66%，两组比较差异无统计
学意义(P ＞0.05)。结论：骨水平种植体周围骨吸收情况明显优于软组织水平种植体，两种水平种植体均能改善牙列缺损患
者的OHRQoL，患者的整体主观感受无明显差异。

Abstract:: Abstract: Objective To compare the repair effect of bone level implants and soft tissue level implants in patients with dental
defects, in order to explore the effects of oral health related quality of life (OHRQoL). Methods 120 cases(202 cases of
defective teeth) of patients with dental defects which was divided into group A and group B according to random number table
in our hospital from 2014.1-2016.6, 60 cases in each group. The patients were repaired by Anthogyr bone level implants in
group A and the patients were repaired by Straumann soft tissue level implants in group B. All the patients were followed up
for 2 years after repairmen. The implant success rate, torsion of implantation, bone resorption height around implant 1 year
after repairment, use time for painkillers were compared between two groups, OHRQoL and the satisfaction degree of implant
prostheses were evaluated by ral health impact profile(HIP-14 chinese version) and subjective satisfaction questionnaire of
patients in two groups 1 year after repairment, respectively. Results The implant success rate was 100.00% in two groups. The
bone resorption height around implant of group A was significantly lower than that of group B(t =2.743, P =0.018). There was no
statistical significance on torsion of implantation and use time for painkillers between two groups(P ＞0.05). The total scores of
group A and group B was 9.00(6.00,15.00), 11.50(7.00,15.00), respectively and there was no statistical significance between two
groups(P ＞0.05). There was statistical significance on scores of dysfunction, psychological discomfort and physical disabilities
between two groups(Z=-2.194, -3.544, 3.583, P =0.027, 0.000, 0.000), there was no statistical significance on scores of somatic
pain, physiological barrier, psychological disorder and social barrierbetween two groups(P ＞0.05). The satisfaction degree of
group A and group B was 85.00%, 81.66% and there was no statistical significance between two groups(P ＞0.05). Conclusion
The bone resorption around bone bone level implants were obviously superior to soft tissue level implants. Two kinds of level implants
could improve the OHRQoL of patients with dentition defect, there was noobvious difference on overall subjective feeling.
