[摘要]目的：观察皮瓣移植术后应用高压氧治疗，对皮瓣存活及伤口愈合的作用。方法：选择2016年7月-2017年9月瘢痕疙
瘩切除术后行皮瓣移植并放疗的患者98例，辅助高压氧治疗（Hyper baric oxygen therapy, HBOT）到拆线，观察皮瓣成活
和伤口愈合情况。结果：皮瓣完全成活94例，1例胸部皮瓣移植的患者，拆线时皮瓣坏死约占1/3，皮瓣成活率95.92%；皮肤
切口甲级愈合93.88%（92/98）；皮瓣外观、质地评分为6～9分，平均（7.28±0.32）分；治疗满意度为96.94%（95/98）。
结论：瘢痕疙瘩切除术后行皮瓣移植并放疗的患者辅助高压氧治疗，术后效果显著，皮瓣成活率高，伤口愈合效果良好，值
得临床推广应用。
Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To observe the effect of hyperbaric oxygen therapy on the survival of skin flap after flap transplantation.
Methods 98 patients with skin flap transplantation and radiotherapy after keloid resection were summarized, assisted
hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) to disassemble line to observe skin flap survival and wound healing. Results After
treatment, 94 cases of complete flap survival, 1 case of partial necrosis, and 95.92% of flap survival rate. The first grade healing
rate 93.88%(92/98). The skin flap appearance and texture score of 98 patients was 6-9, with the average score was (7.28±0.32),
and the satisfaction score was 96.94% (95/98). Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen assisted skin flap transplantation after keloid
excision has significant effect, high survival rate of skin flap, good wound healing effect, worthy of clinical application.
