[摘要]目的：探讨改良式会阴侧切缝合法在经阴道分娩中的应用效果及对切口愈合速度、美容效果的影响。方法：选取2017
年2月-2018年2月在笔者医院接受经阴道分娩且会阴侧切的产妇为研究对象。根据其缝合方法分为传统缝合组（对照组）和
改良式会阴侧切缝合组（观察组）。观察两组患者出血量、术后疼痛评分，比较两组患者切口愈合时间、愈合等级、感染
发生率和美容满意率等。结果：观察组患者出血量及术后VAS评分为（6.02±1.48）ml、（2.11±0.97）分均少于对照组的
（10.58±2.24）ml、（4.32±1.02）分，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。观察组患者切口愈合时间为（5.21±1.24）d少
于对照组的（9.35±1.48）d，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。两组感染发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P ＞0.05）。观
察组甲级愈合率95.00%明显多于对照组的75.00%，且观察组患者满意率为100.00%，明显高于对照组的87.50%，差异有统计
学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论：改良式会阴侧切缝合法在经阴道分娩中的应用效果较好，可加快患者切口愈合速度，提高美容
满意度，具有良好的临床应用价值。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of modified lateral episiotomy suture in transvaginal delivery and its influence on
the healing speed and cosmetic effect of incision. Methods The pregnant women who underwent vaginal delivery and perineal
lateral incision in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were selected as the subjects. According to the suture
method, they were divided into the traditional suture group and the modified lateral episiotomy suture group. The bleeding
volume and postoperative pain score of the two groups were observed. The difference of incision healing time, healing level,
incidence of infection and cosmetic satisfaction between the two groups were compared. Results The bleeding volume and
VAS scores of the observation group were (6.02±1.48) ml and (2.11±0.97) less than those of the control group (10.58±2.24)
ml and (4.32±1.02), the differences were statistically significant(P ＜0.05). The healing time of incision in the observation
group was (5.21±1.24) d less than that in the control group[(9.35±1.48)d, P ＜0.05]. There was no significant difference in the
incidence of infection between the two groups(P ＞0.05). The healing rate of grade A in the observation group was 95.00%,
which was significantly higher than 75.00% in the control group (P ＜0.05). And the satisfaction rate of the observation group
was 100.00%, which was significantly higher than 87.50% in the control group(P ＜0.05). Conclusion The modified perineal
slit method has good effect in vaginal delivery, and it can promote the healing speed of incision and improve the satisfaction of
beauty. It has good clinical value.
