[摘要]目的：观察聚桂醇联合Nd:YAG激光治疗婴幼儿混合型血管瘤的疗效。方法：选取119例婴幼儿混合型血管瘤患者，采
用聚桂醇联合Nd:YAG激光治疗，定期观察瘤体的大小、颜色、质地及并发症，随访6个月，根据治疗次数及瘤体缩小情况评
价疗效。结果：采用聚桂醇联合Nd:YAG激光治疗婴幼儿混合型血管瘤，治疗2～8次，总有效率87.39%。治疗中发现，疗效与
患儿年龄、瘤体的薄厚程度有关(P ＜0.05)，瘤体越薄，治疗次数越少；瘤体越厚，治疗次数越多。皮损发病部位对疗效影
响差异无统计学意义(P ＞0.05)。结论：聚桂醇联合Nd:YAG激光治疗婴幼儿混合型血管瘤安全、有效，不良反应少。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To observe the effects of lauromacrogol combined with Nd:YAG laser in the treatment of infantile
mixed hemangioma. Methods 119 cases of infantile mixed hemangiomas in our hospital were treated with lauromacrogol
combined with Nd:YAG laser. The size, color, texture and complications of hemangioma were observed regularly. All patients
were followed up for 6 months, and the curative effect was evaluated according to the number of treatments and the reduction
of tumor size at the end of treatment. Results Using lauromacrogol combined with Nd:YAG laser therapy for infantile mixed
hemangiomas, after 2～8 times of treatment, the total effective rate was 87.39%. The curative effect was related to the age of
the children and the thickness of the tumor(P ＜0.05), the thinner the tumor, the fewer times of treatment, the thicker the tumor,
the more times of treatment, there was no significant difference in the effect of lesion site on the curative effect(P ＞0.05).
Conclusion The combination of lauromacrogol with Nd:YAG laser in the treatment of infantile mixed hemangioma is safe and
effective, and low complication occurrence.
