[摘要]目的：分析二氧化锆全瓷牙在牙齿美容修复中的应用效果。方法：回顾性分析2017年1月-2017年7月在笔者医院行牙
齿美容修复的60例患者的临床资料。按照选用烤瓷牙材料的不同，将患者分为两组。观察组：30例（36颗牙），采用二
氧化锆全瓷牙进行美容修复；对照组：30例（40颗牙），选用钴铬合金烤瓷牙进行美容修复。修复完成1周后复查，比较
两组的临床治疗效果。对患者进行为期1年的随访，采用视觉模拟评分（VAS）比较两组牙齿的美容效果，并比较两组的
不良反应发生情况。结果：观察组总有效率为93.3%，明显高于对照组的83.3%，两组比较有显著性差异，具有统计学意
义（P ＜0.05）。观察组的美容效果包括色泽、外形、整体美观度及面部情况四个方面的评分均明显高于对照组，两组比较
有显著性差异，有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。观察组的不良反应发生率为8.3%，明显低于对照组（17.5%），两组比较有统计
学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论：二氧化锆全瓷牙用于牙齿美容修复疗效较好，可显著提高美容效果，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To investigate the application effect of zirconium dioxide complete porcelain teeth in aesthetic restoration
of teeth. Methods The medical records of 60 patients of dental cosmetic repair in our hospital from January 2017 to July 2017
were analyzed retrospectively. And they were divided into two groups according to the selected porcelain dental materials.
30 cases (36 teeth) in the observation group were treated with zirconium dioxide complete porcelain teeth for cosmetic
repair,30 cases (40 teeth) in the control group were treated with cobalt chromium alloy porcelain teeth for cosmetic repair.
One week after the completion of the reexamination, the clinical effects of the two groups were compared. The patients were
followed up for one year, and visual analogue scale (VAS) was used to compare the cosmetic effects of the two groups, and
the adverse reactions of the two groups were also compared. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was
93.3%, which was higher than that in the control group (83.3%), and the difference between the two groups were statistically
significant (P ＜0.05). The score of color, shape, overall beauty and facial condition of the observation group were significantly
higher than that of the control group in four aspects, the difference were statistically significant (P ＜0.05). The incidence of
adverse reactions in the observation group was 8.3%, which was lower than that in the control group (17.5%), and the difference
between the two groups were statistically significant (P ＜0.05). Conclusion The curative effect of zircon alba all ceramic teeth
in cosmetic surgery is better,which can significantly improve the cosmetic effect,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
