[摘要]目的:评价皓齿美白系统治疗氟斑牙的美白效果,探讨护理在美白治疗过程中的积极作用。方法:54例患者根据氟斑牙
症状随机分为A、B两组。A组接受皓齿Boost高效诊室美白治疗;B组接受皓齿Opalustre微研磨糊剂联合Boost高效诊室美白治
疗,通过VITA比色板于美白前后进行对比,并统计各组有效率。结果:对于轻度氟斑牙,A、B两组均取得良好效果(95.8% vs
97.3%),两组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);而对于重度氟斑牙患者,B组治疗有效率为85.6%显著高于A组的67.7%,差
异有统计学意义(P <0.05 )。结论:轻度氟斑牙可使用皓齿Boost高效诊室美白治疗,重度氟斑牙则应该联合皓齿Opalustre微研
磨糊剂和Boost高效诊室美白治疗效果更好,而术中积极有效的护理配合,是治疗成功与否,患者是否满意的重要影响因素。

Abstract:

Abstract: Objective To evaluate the whitening effect of Teeth Whitening system Opalescence Quick PF in the treatment
of dental fluorosis, and explore the positive role of nursing in whitening treatment. Methods A total of 54 patients were
randomly divided into the A and B group according to the severity of fluorosis symptoms. Patients in the group A received
treatment of Opalescence? Boost, and patients in the group B received treatment of the combination of Opalescence? Boost
and Opalustre?Chemical and Mechanical Abrasion Slurry. Color comparisons were performed before and after whitening with
VITA colorimetric plates, and statistical efficiencies were obtained. Results For mild fluorosis, both group A and B achieved
good results(95.8% vs 97.3%), there was no significant difference between the two groups(P >0.05). For patients with
severe fluorosis, the effective rate of treatment in the group B was significantly higher than that in the group A(85.6% vs 67.7%,
P <0.05). Conclusion Mild fluorosis can be treated with Opalescence? Boost. Severe fluorosis should be treated with the
combination of Opalescence? Boost and Opalustre? Chemical and Mechanical Abrasion Slurry. Active and effective nursing
cooperation is an important factor influencing the success of treatment and the satisfaction of patients.
