[摘要]目的：探讨品管圈活动在提高整形科急诊患者就医流程满意率的作用。方法：成立以“提高整形科急诊患者就医流程满意
率”为主题的品管圈活动小组，选取科室50例急诊患者，从挂号、缴费、取药、手术等就医全流程进行患者满意度评价，做活动
前后对比。结果：品管圈活动后，急诊患者满意度由85%提升到了95%。结论：品管圈活动能显著提高整形科急诊患者就医流程的
满意率，增加了整形科护理团队的凝聚力，护理工作质量有了很大改进，提高了循证护理意识，可以更好地为患者服务。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of quality control circle activities on improving the satisfaction rate of patients in
department of plastic surgery. Methods Setted up to "Improving the satisfaction rate of medical procedure of emergency patients
in plastic surgery" as the theme of the quality management circle activity group, selected 50 emergency patients in the department,
and compared the patients’ satisfaction before and after implementation. Results After the quality control circle activity, the
satisfaction of emergency patients increased from 85% to 95%. Conclusion The quality control circle activity can significantly
improve the satisfaction of patients with emergency medical process, increase the care team cohesion, nursing quality were
improved a lot and improve our awareness of evidence-based nursing, we use professional knowledge to better service for patients.
