[摘要]目的：观察手术联合氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法治疗皮肤肿瘤的临床疗效，为临床进一步研究提供有效参考。方法：选取
2015年8月-2017年2月于笔者医院进行治疗的118例皮肤肿瘤患者为研究对象，根据随机数字表法分为联合组和手术组，每
组59例。手术组使用外科手术进行治疗，联合组在手术组的基础上联合应用氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法，对两组患者治疗后的临
床疗效进行研究与分析。结果：联合组完全恢复者49例，总有效率为96.61%，明显优于单纯组的84.74%，差异有统计学意
义（P ＜0.05）；联合组的不良反应发生率为6.78%，明显的低于单纯组的16.95%，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；联合组
的满意率和复发率均明显优于手术组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论：手术联合氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法治疗皮肤肿
瘤，提高了临床疗效，降低不良反应发生率和复发率，大大提升了患者满意率，适合在临床上广泛的应用。
