[摘要]目的：评价自体鼻中隔软骨与筛骨垂直板复合体在短鼻畸形鼻整形术中的应用效果。方法：选择2015年1月-2017年5月笔者
医院拟行鼻综合整形术的50例短鼻畸形患者为研究对象，分离出自体鼻中隔软骨后进行测量，若鼻中隔软骨较小者，采用鼻中隔
软骨与筛骨垂直板复合体行鼻中隔延伸移植鼻综合整形术，术后随访1年。观察术后并发症及患者满意度，在术前及术后6个月测
量患者的外鼻参数[鼻长(T-N)、理想鼻长(T-In)、鼻尖突出度(Tp)、额鼻角(Fna)、鼻唇角(Na)]。结果：所有患者的手术切口均
为甲级愈合，无术后并发症，患者满意度为96.00%；术后6个月，患者的T-N、T-In、Tp、Fna及Na变化值分别为(4.72±2.03)mm、
(2.90±1.75)mm、(2.60±1.16)mm、(7.81±5.66)°、(6.41±5.80)°，T-N、T-In、Tp及Fna均明显增大，Na明显减小，差异均有
统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：自体鼻中隔软骨与筛骨垂直板复合体应用于短鼻畸形鼻整形术的效果显著，安全性高。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To evaluate the applicative effects of autologous nasal septum cartilage-ethmoidal vertical plate complexus
in the comprehensive rhinoplasty of short nasal deformity. Methods 50 patients with pashort nasal deformity who was planed
to carry out comprehensive rhinoplasty which was taken as research objects in our hospital from January 2015 to May 2017.
The autologous nasal septal cartilage was measured after separation, if the autologous nasal septum cartilage was small, and the
autologous nasal septum cartilage-ethmoidal vertical plate complexus was used to perform comprehensive rhinoplasty of nasal
septum extended transplantation, all the patients were followed up for one year. The postoperative complications and patients’
satisfaction degree was observed. The external nasal parameters [top-nasion(T-N),top-ideal nasion(T-In), top projiection(Tp),
frontal nasal angle(Fna), nasolabial angle(Na)] were measured before operation and 6 month after operation. Results All the
surgical incision was first-stage wound heating and there wa no postoperative complications. The patients’ satisfaction degree was
96.00%. In the sxth month after operation, the changing value of T-N, T-In, Tp, Fna and Na was (4.72±2.03)mm, (2.90±1.75)mm,
(2.60±1.16)mm, (7.81±5.66)?, (6.41±5.80)?, the T-N, T-In, Tp and Fna was significantly increased, the Na was significantly
decreased, the differences were statistically significant(P ＜0.05). Conclusion The effects were significant and safety was high of
autologous nasal septum cartilage-ethmoidal vertical plate complexus in the comprehensive rhinoplasty of short nasal deformity.
