正畸固定矫治对牙釉质脱矿的影响因素分析<br />-《中国美容医学》

摘要:: [摘要]目的：研究口腔正畸固定矫治过程中牙釉质脱矿的影响因素。方法：选择2015年9月-2017年9月笔者科室收治的42例
正畸固定矫正患者，共928颗牙，观察牙釉质脱矿发生情况及致龋菌的检出情况。结果：共有30例发生牙釉质脱矿，发生率
为71.43%；在928颗牙齿中，有94颗牙发生牙釉质脱矿，发生率为10.12%。矫正1个月时,口腔变形链球菌、乳酸杆菌检出率
分别为16.67%、9.52%，其中变形链球菌与矫治前比较，差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；矫正6个月后，口腔变形链球
菌、乳酸杆菌的检出率分别为26.19%、21.42%，与矫正前相比，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；使用非自锁托槽患者发病
率较高（76.19%），治疗前有牙釉质脱矿者更易出现新发釉质脱矿。结论：正畸固定矫治会提高牙釉质脱矿的发生率,与牙
位、托槽类型及致龋菌等因素相关，应进行及时的处理与有效预防。

Abstract:: Abstract: Objective To research the occurrence of enamel demineralization during orthodontic treatment. Methods A
total of 42 patients(928 teeth) with orthodontic fixed corrections from September 2015 to September 2017 were enrolled to
observe the occurrence of enamel demineralization and detection of cariogenic bacteria. Results A total of 30 cases of enamel
demineralization occurred in the incidence. Among the 928 teeth, 94 teeth had enamel demineralization, the incidence rate
was 10.12%. After one month the detection rates of Streptococcus mutans was 16.67%, which was different significantly
(P ＜0.05) compared with pretherapy,and Lactobacillus was 9.52%. After 6 months of correction, the detection rates of
Streptococcus mutans and Lactobacillus were 26.19% and 21.42%(P ＜0.05), respectively, and the difference was statistically
significant (P ＜0.05). The incidence of patients with non-self-locking brackets was higher (76.19%), and those with enamel
demineralization were more likely to develop new enamel demineralization. Conclusion Orthodontic fixation will improve
the incidence of enamel demineralization, and it is related to the teeth, bracket type, cariogenic bacteria, and should be treated
promptly and effectively.
