[摘要]随着人们生活水平的提高，隆臀术受到越来越多爱美人士的关注，脂肪移植隆臀是现今国内外开展的主要手术方式。
在大体积脂肪移植趋于成熟的今天，单纯追求脂肪移植量的突破已不是脂肪移植隆臀的首要目标，如何使隆臀术后，除了臀
部视觉上的丰隆增大之外，与身体其他部分相协调，富有美感是现代脂肪移植隆臀术关注的核心。因此，臀部美学作为隆臀
术的理论基础，应是着重探讨的部分。其次，臀部脂肪移植长期面临着移植量大，手术时间长等限制因素，如何在臀部脂肪
移植中高效、自动化、安全地获取，注射脂肪是技术层面上难题，近年来，这一领域取得了进展和技术突破。现就臀部美学
理论及臀部脂肪移植制备注射体系的临床应用综述如下。

Abstract:
Abstract: With the globalization and the improvement of people’s living standards, buttock augmentation has attracted more and
more attention. Fat transplantation is the main method of buttock augmentation at home and abroad. Nowadays, large volume
fat transplantation is becoming mature. Purely pursuing the breakthrough of fat transplantation is not the primary goal of fat
transplantation. How to make the buttock augmentation coordinate with other parts of the body besides the visual augmentation
of the buttock is the focus of modern fat transplantation augmentation. Therefore, buttock aesthetics as the theoretical basis
for buttocks surgery should be part of our discussion. Secondly, buttock fat transplantation has long been confronted with a
large number of transplantation, long operation time and other constraints. How to obtain and inject fat safely and efficiently in
buttock fat transplantation is a technical problem. In recent years, progress and technological breakthroughs have been made in
this field. This article reviews the aesthetic theory of buttocks and the injection system of fat graft on the buttock.
