摘要:: [摘要]目的：探讨高频电灼联合局部外用药治疗扁平疣疗效及对机体白细胞介素-2（IL-2）、干扰素-γ（IFN-γ）的影
响。方法：选取2016年6月-2017年6月笔者医院接收的100例扁平疣患者，按照随机数字表法分为两组。对照组采用局部
外用药治疗，观察组在对照组基础上结合高频电灼进行治疗。治疗1个月后，比较分析两组临床疗效、满意度、治疗前后
IL-2和IFN-γ变化及情绪状态，对患者不良反应发生情况及治疗1年内复发率进行分析。结果：治疗后，观察组临床疗效
（100.00%）显著优于对照组（66.00%），差异有统计学意义（χ2=20.482，P ＜0.001）。治疗前，两组IL-2和IFN-γ比
较差异无统计学意义（P ＞0.05）；治疗后，两组IL-2、IFN-γ均升高，且观察组变化更为显著，差异具有统计学意义
（P ＜0.05）。观察组治疗总满意率（94.00%）明显高于对照组（80.00%），两组比较差异有统计学意义（χ2=4.332，
P =0.037）。与治疗前相比，治疗后两组SAS、SDS评分均减小，且观察组显著低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。
观察组有3例患者在局部麻醉时出现轻微疼痛感，2例出现局部轻微红肿现象；对照组有2例出现红斑，3例出现轻微红肿现
象，两组患者继续治疗后不良现象均消失。治疗1年内，观察组复发5例（10.00%），对照组复发13例（26.00%），两组比较
差异具有统计学意义（χ2=4.336，P =0.037）。结论：高频电灼联合局部外用药治疗扁平疣效果更佳，安全可靠，机体IL-2
和IFN-γ恢复更明显，能有效缓解患者不良心理状态，降低复发率，值得临床广泛应用。

Abstract:: Abstract: Objective To investigate the cosmetic effect of high frequency cautery combined with topical medication in the
treatment of flat warts and its effect on Interleukin-2 (IL-2) and Interferon γ (IFN-γ). Methods 100 cases of flat warts admitted
to our hospital from June 2016 to June 2017 were studied. According to the random number table method, it was divided into
two groups. The control group was treated with topical medicine, while the observation group was treated with high frequency
electric cautery on the basis of the control group. After one month of treatment, the clinical efficacy and satisfaction of the
two groups were compared. The changes of IL-2, IFN-γ and emotional status before and after treatment were analyzed. The
occurrence of adverse reactions and the recurrence rate within one year were analyzed. Results After treatment, the clinical
efficacy of the observation group (100.00%) was significantly better than that of the control group (66.00%), the difference was
statistically significant (χ2=20.482, P ＜0.001). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in IL-2 and IFN-γ between
the two groups (P ＞0.05);after treatment, the levels of IL-2 and IFN-γ in the two groups increased, and the changes in the
observation group were more significant, the difference was statistically significant (P ＜0.05). The total satisfaction rate of the
observation group (94.00%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (80.00%). The difference between the two
groups was statistically significant (χ2=4.332, P =0.037). After treatment, the scores of SAS and SDS were significantly lower in
the observation group than in the control group (P ＜0.05). In the observation group, there were 3 patients with mild pain during
local anesthesia, 2 patients with mild swelling; in the control group, there were 2 patients with erythema and 3 patients with
mild swelling. The adverse phenomena disappeared in both groups after continued treatment. Within one year of treatment, 5
cases recurred in the observation group (10.00%) and 13 cases recurred in the control group (26.00%). The difference between
the two groups was statistically significant (χ2=4.336, P =0.037). Conclusion High-frequency electric cautery combined with
topical treatment of flat warts is more effective, safe and reliable, the body IL-2 and IFN-γ recovery is more obvious, but also
can effectively alleviate the adverse psychology of patients, reduce the recurrence rate, worthy of wide application.
