摘要:
[摘要]目的:探讨错牙合畸形对颞下颌关节对称性的影响。方法:选择安氏Ⅰ类、Ⅱ1类和Ⅲ类患者各20例,拍摄锥形束CT
(Cone beam computed tomography,CBCT)并应用Dolphin软件重建并测量左右两侧髁突长轴、短轴、关节结节斜度、髁突
长度、关节窝高度和宽度以及关节前、上、后间隙,并进行统计分析。结果:安氏Ⅰ类组左右两侧各测量指标无统计学差
异,安氏Ⅱ1类组的关节上间隙和安氏Ⅲ类组的髁状突长度左右两侧存在统计学差异(P <0.05)。结论:CBCT能有效检查出关
节形态结构的不对称,不同的咬合状态对关节形态结构有一定影响。

Abstract:

Abstract: Objective To investigate the symmetry of temporomandibular joint in malocclusion patient. Methods Twenty
patients selected respectively for Class I,II1,III were scanned by CBCT and reconstructed with Dolphin software. Both
the right and left condyle long and short axis,articular tubercle gradient,condyle length,glenoid fossa height and width,the
anterior,superior and posterior joint space were measured,then data was analyzed by SPSS. Results There were no differences
between the left and right TMJ in Class I, the differences between the left and right superior joint space of Class II1 and condyle
length of Class III were statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion The asymmetry of TMJ can be found effectively by
CBCT,Different occlusion can influence the morphology of TMJ in part.
