[摘要]目的:总结1例罕见的因高空坠落导致右面部树枝贯通伤的诊疗经过及治疗体会,并进行相关文献复习,为类似病
例提供有用的临床参考经验。方法:收治1例49岁右面部树枝贯通伤男性患者,树枝自右侧耳垂下刺入,从右侧口角穿
出,直径约5cm,体外部分长约50cm。经多学科会诊后行急诊手术,术中取出该异物后彻底清创,摘除腮腺,留置引流。
术后予以对症处理。结果:术后未出现感染、血肿、腮腺瘘等并发症。术后随访1年,面部外观对称,瘢痕不明显,患者
满意。结论:颌面部树枝贯通伤非常罕见,应遵循系统性、个性化的治疗原则,考虑到其稀有性,本病例报道的临床经验
具有相应意义。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To summarize the experience of diagnosis and treatment of a rare case of right facial branch penetrating
injury caused by high-altitude falling, and to review the relevant literature, so as to provide useful clinical reference experience
for similar cases. Methods A 49-year-old male patient with penetrating injury of right facial branches was treated. The branches
penetrated from the right earlobe and penetrated from the right oral angle. The diameter of the branches was about 5cm and
the length of the branches in vitro was about 50cm. Emergency surgery was performed after multidisciplinary consultation.
After removal of the foreign body, thorough debridement, parotid gland removal and drainage were performed. Symptomatic
treatment was given after operation. Results No complications such as infection, hematoma and parotid basket occurred after
operation. After 1 year follow-up, the facial appearance was symmetrical, the scar was not obvious, and the patient was satisfied.
Conclusion Dendritic perforation injury in maxillofacial region is very rare. Systematic and individualized treatment principles
should be followed. Considering its rarity, the clinical experience reported in this case has corresponding significance.
