[摘要]目的:探讨消风散加减联合LED红光治疗面部糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎的临床疗效。方法:选取笔者医院收治的136例面
部糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎患者,依据随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组各68例。两组均接受常规治疗,对照组在此
基础上行LED红光治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用消风散加减方进行治疗,1周为1个疗程,两组连续治疗5个疗程。观察
两组临床疗效,评估并比较治疗前后皮肤功能,检测并比较两组治疗前后血清中IL-4、INF-γ及IgE水平,比较两组不良反
应发生情况。结果:治疗后观察组与对照组总有效率分别为86.76%、69.12%,观察组总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有
统计学意义(P <0.01)。治疗后两组丘疹、肿胀、红斑、干燥、灼热、瘙痒等自觉症状积分及总积分均较治疗前显著下
降(P <0.01),且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05或P <0.01)。治疗后两组皮损处表皮含水量、油脂
含量均较治疗前显著升高,且观察组显著高于对照组(P <0.01);治疗后两组皮损处经皮水分丢失量均较治疗前显著下
降(P <0.01),且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗后两组血清中IL-4、INF-γ及IgE水平均较治
疗前显著下降,且观察组显著低于对照组(P <0.01)。两组不良反应发生率无显著差异(2.94% vs 1.47%,P >0.05)。结
论:消风散加减联合LED红光治疗面部糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎可显著缓解患者自觉症状,改善皮损部皮肤状况,调控炎性因
子水平,提升治疗效果,安全性好。

Abstract:

Abstract: Objective To explore the clinical effect of of addition and subtraction of xiaofengsan combining LED red light in
the treatment of glucocorticoid-dependent facial dermatitis of the face. Methods 136 patients with glucocorticoid-dependent
facial dermatitis were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 68 cases in each group. Both 2 groups
received routine treatment, the control group received LED red light therapy on this basis, the observation group was treated
with addition and subtraction of xiaofengsan on the basis of the control group, and we put 1 week as a course of treatment, we
used 5 consecutive courses of treatment. The clinical effects of the 2 groups were collected, the skin functions of the two groups
were evaluated and compared before and after treatment, and the levels of IL-4, INF-γ and IgE in serum of the 2 groups before
and after treatment were detected and compared, the adverse reactions in the 2 groups were compared. Results After treatment,
the total effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 86.76% and 69.12% respectively, the total effective
rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.01). After treatment, the otal scores
and the scores of papules, swelling, erythema, dryness, burning heat and pruritus in the 2 groups were significantly lower than
those before treatment (P <0.01), and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group (P <0.05 or P <0.01).
After treatment, the skin water content and fat content in the skin lesions in the 2 groups were significantly higher than those
before treatment, and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group (P <0.01); After treatment, the
amount of transdermal water loss in the lesions of the 2 groups were significantly lower than that before treatment (P <0.01),
and the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). After treatment, the serum levels
of IL-4, INF-γ and IgE in the 2 groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, and the observation group was
significantly lower than the control group (P <0.01). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions
between the two groups (2.94% vs 1.47%,P >0.05). Conclusion Addition and subtraction of xiaofengsan combining LED
red light in the treatment of glucocorticoid-dependent facial dermatitis can significantly relieve the conscious symptoms of the
patients, improve the skin condition of the lesions, regulate the level of inflammatory factors, and improve the effect safely.
