[摘要]随着全球老龄化趋势逐步加快，衰老的管理需求也日益增长。研究衰老的防治及管理，对人们生活质量的改善具有重
要意义。因此，本文回顾了衰老概念及抗衰老的发展历史，描述了手术与非手术，生活方式的改变等在抗衰老中的作用。以
健康衰老为衰老管理的目标，分析了衰老管理的现状及存在的问题。建设健康的老龄化社会，提高人们生活质量，达到健康
衰老，在未来有效的衰老管理将成为抗衰老领域的一大挑战。

Abstract:
Abstract: With the global aging trend is gradually accelerating, the demand for aging management is growing. It is of great
significance to study the prevention and management of aging for the improvement of people’s quality of life. Therefore,
this article reviews the concept of aging and the history of anti-aging development,describes the role of surgical and nonoperative,
lifestyle changes in anti-aging. Taking healthy aging as the goal of aging management, analyzes the present situation
and existing problems of senescence management.Build a healthy aging society, improve people’s quality of life, and achieve
healthy aging. Effective aging management in the future will become a major challenge in the field of anti-aging.
