[摘要]目的：探究玻璃纤维桩在前牙重度缺损患者美容修复中的效果。方法：选择2017年5月-2018年10月在笔者医院进行
美容修复的72例前牙重度缺损患者进行研究。按照随机数表法，分为对照组（n =36）和观察组（n =36）。对照组患者采用
金属桩治疗，观察组采用玻璃纤维桩治疗。治疗6个月后对两组患者的治疗效果、局部龈沟液（GCF）水平、龈沟液中碱性
磷酸酶（ALP）水平、视觉模拟评分法（VAS）评分、牙体敏感发生率及远期修复效果进行对比分析。结果：观察组治疗有
效率为94.44%，明显高于对照组（69.44%，P ＜0.05）。治疗后，对照组局部GCF、ALP水平明显升高（P ＜0.05），而观察
组无明显变化（P ＞0.05），且观察组局部GCF、ALP水平明显低于对照组（P ＜0.05）。随着时间推移，两组患者的VAS评
分逐渐降低，而其牙体敏感发生率有所增高，但是观察组在治疗结束时、结束1周、结束1月及结束3月VAS评分及牙体敏感
的发生率显著低于对照组（P ＜0.05）。治疗1年后，观察组患牙修复体完整度、颜色匹配及边缘适合性例数分别为53例
（98.15%）、53例（98.15%）、54例（100.00%），明显优于对照组（分别为87.50%、85.71%、89.29%），两组比较有统
计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论：玻璃纤维桩具有较好的修复前牙重度缺损的临床及美学效果，值得推广应用。
Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To investigate the effect of fiberglass piles in cosmetic restoration of patients with severe anterior teeth
defects. Methods 72 patients with severe anterior teeth defects who underwent cosmetic restoration in our hospital from May
2017 to October 2018 were selected for study. According to the random number table method, they were randomly divided into
a control group (n =36) and an observation group (n =36). The control group was treated with metal piles and the observation
group was treated with fiberglass piles. The therapeutic effect, local gingival fluid (GCF) level, alkaline phosphatase (ALP) level
in the gingival crevicular fluid, visual analog scale (VAS) score, dental sensitivity rate and the incidence of tooth sensitivity after
6 months of treatment The long-term repair effect was compared and analyzed. Results The effective rate of the observation
group was 94.44%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (69.44%, P ＜0.05). After treatment, the
levels of GCF and ALP in the control group were significantly increased (P ＜0.05), but there was no significant change in the
observation group (P＞0.05), and the levels of GCF and ALP in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the
control group (P＜0.05). Over time, the VAS scores of the two groups of patients gradually decreased, while the incidence of tooth
sensitivity increased, but the observation group at the end of treatment, the end of 1 week, the end of January and the end of March
VAS score and tooth sensitivity The incidence was significantly lower than the control group (P＜0.05). After 1 year of treatment,
the number of cases of completeness, color matching and marginal fit of the observation group were 53 (98.15%), 53 (98.15%),
and 54 (100.00%), respectively, which was significantly better than the control group. (87.50%, 85.71%, 89.29%, respectively),
the two groups were statistically significant (P ＜0.05). Conclusion Glass fiber post has good clinical and aesthetic effects in
repairing severe anterior teeth defects, and it is worthy of widespread clinical promotion.
