摘要:
[摘要]病理性瘢痕是一种皮肤纤维化疾病，主要以成纤维细胞异常增殖、胶原等细胞外基质过度沉积为主要病理表现，目
前,病理性瘢痕的发病机制尚未明确，仍是临床治疗的难点。自噬是一种细胞程序化死亡方式，主要是对细胞内物质进行周
转，保障细胞正常增殖、分化及凋亡等重要生理机制。近年来，陆续有学者研究发现自噬可参与病理性瘢痕形成的发生发
展，并可作为一个研究靶点。本文就自噬对病理性瘢痕的炎性细胞、修复细胞、细胞因子及细胞外基质等方面的影响进行综
述，旨在阐明自噬与病理性瘢痕的研究现状。

Abstract:
Abstract: Pathological scar is a kind of skin fibrosis disease, which is mainly manifested by abnormal proliferation of
fibroblasts, excessive deposition of collagen and other extracellular matrix. At present,mechanisms underlying pathological scar
is unclear,and it is still refractory in clinic. Autophagy is a programmed cell death mode, which mainly involves the turnover
of intracellular substances to ensure normal cell proliferation differentiation, apoptosis and other important physiological
mechanisms.In recent years, it has been found that autophagy can be involved in the occurrence and development of
pathological scar formation and can serve as a research target.In this paper, the effects of autophagy on inflammatory cells,
repair cells,cytokines, extracellular matrix and other aspects of pathological scar were reviewed, aiming to clarify the current
research status of the relationship between autophagy and pathological scar.
