摘要:: [摘要]目的：探讨面动脉自由穿支螺旋桨皮瓣在面中部创面修复中的临床应用效果。方法：2012年1月-2018年12月，对笔
者医院整形外科18例面中部创面患者应用面动脉自由穿支螺旋桨皮瓣进行修复。结果：18例皮瓣均完全成活，其中2例术后
出现皮瓣远侧缘瘀斑，予改善微循环、消肿处理后，瘀血自行缓解。随访3～12个月，患者供受区获得良好的形态与感觉功
能，效果满意。结论：面动脉自由穿支螺旋桨皮瓣血供可靠，质地与受区相似，移动性好，不需牺牲重要神经、血管，术后
形态、活动功能与感觉恢复良好，为面中部创面较好的修复方法，值得临床推广。

Abstract:: Abstract: Objective To introduce the clinical application of free-style propeller perforator flap based on the facial artery
perforator in the repair of mid facial wound. Methods From January 2012 to December 2018, 18 patients with the wound
in mid face were repaired with free-style propeller perforator flap based on the facial artery perforator. Results 18 flaps
survived completely, but there were ecchymosis in the distal edge of the flaps in two cases. we took the treatment of improving
microcirculation and detumescent treatment, then the flaps relieved by themselves. followed up 3-12 months, The shape and
sensory function of the donor and recipient area were satisfactory. Conclusion The free-style propeller perforator flap based
on the facial artery perforator, with its reliable blood supply, similar texture and good mobility, no need to sacrifice important
nerves and blood vessels, is a better choice to repair the wound of the mid face.The flap is well recovery of the activity function
and sensation after operation, and worthy of clinical promotion.
