[摘要]目的:探讨数字化间接粘接法应用于正畸治疗的临床效果。方法:选择患者40例,获得患者数字化三维牙列模型,并
将数字化的托槽在计算机上进行三维定位,进行数字化排牙实验,评估托槽位置,再根据定位结果用快速成型技术制作出双
层转移托盘,通过转移托盘将托槽转移至患者口中。按照分组标准,对照组使用直接粘接,实验组使用数字化间接粘接,比
较治疗后后牙区边缘嵴高度差、托槽粘接的准确度,同时测量数字化间接粘接的托槽脱落率。 结果:①对照组右侧边缘嵴
高度差为(0.424±0.555)mm,左侧边缘嵴高度差为(0.454±0.556)mm;实验组右侧边缘嵴高度差为(0.186±0.307)mm,
左侧边缘嵴高度差为(0.151±0.235)mm,对照组较实验组后牙区同侧边缘嵴高度差更大,且有统计学意义(P <0.05);②
直接粘接和数字化间接牙根平行度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但数字化间接粘接牙根平行度测量值均小于直接粘
接;③数字化间接粘接的托槽脱落率为6.06%,直接粘接的托槽脱落率为5.02%,无统计学意义(P >0.05)。结论:①与直
接粘接相比,数字化间接粘接的后牙区边缘嵴高度差较小,粘接准确性提高;②数字化间接粘接的托槽脱落率与直接粘接无
差异,粘接准确性较高,可应用于临床。

Abstract:

Abstract: Objective To observe the effects of a digital indirect bonding technique in orthodontic treatment. Methods 40
patients were selected according to the admission and exclusion criteria to obtain the digital three-dimensional dentition
model, and the digital brackets were three-dimensional positioned in the computer to perform digital arranging teeth test and to
evaluate the position of the brackets. Then according to the positioning results with the rapid prototyping technique the doublelayer
transfer tray was made and the brackets were transferred into the patient’s mouth by the transfer tray. According to the
grouping criteria,the control group used direct bonding, and the experimental group used digital indirect bonding to compare
the height difference of the marginal ridges of posterior region after treatment, compare the brackets adhesion accuracy, and
measure the bracket bonding failure rate of digital indirect bonding. Results ①The height difference of the control group
right marginal ridges was(0.424±0.555)mm,the height difference of the control group left marginal ridges was (0.454±0.556)
mm.The experimental group right marginal ridges was (0.186±0.307)mm, and the experimental group left marginal ridges
was(0.151±0.235)mm,the height difference of the ipsilateral marginal ridges of the control group was larger than the
experimental group and statistically significant(P <0.05).②There was no significant difference in the root parallelism between
direct bonding and digitized indirect bonding(P >0.05), but the measured values of digital indirect bonding root parallelism
were smaller than direct bonding. ③The bracket bonding failure rate of digital indirect bonding was 6.06%, and the bracket
bonding failure rate of direct bonding was 5.02%. The difference was not statistically significant (P >0.05). Conclusion
①Compared with direct bonding, the height difference of the marginal ridges of the posterior region of the digital indirect
bonding is small, and the bonding accuracy is improved.②The digital indirect bonding failure rate has no difference from the
direct bonding, and the bonding accuracy is high, which can be applied to the clinic.
