[摘要]目的：分析五味消毒饮联合丹芷祛痘中药外敷对青少年中重度痤疮的治疗效果。方法：选取笔者医院2016年12
月-2018年4月收治的100例中重度痤疮患者的临床资料进行分析，将患者随机分为两组。对照组：50例，采用丹芷祛痘中药
外敷治疗；观察组：50例，采用五味消毒饮联合丹芷祛痘中药外敷治疗。比较两组患者治疗后的临床疗效，性激素水平、
痤疮综合评分和生活质量评分。结果：观察组痊愈20例、显效17例、有效8例，总有效率90.00%；对照组痊愈15例、显效12
例、有效10例，总有效率74.00%；两组患者总有效率比较有显著性差异，具有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；治疗后，观察组睾
酮（testosterone,T）、硫酸脱氢表雄酮（Dehydroepiandrosterone sulfate,DHEAS）、P物质、TNF-α水平低于对照组
（P ＜0.05）；两组患者痤疮综合评分系统（GAGS）评分比较，观察组治疗后4周、8周GAGS评分低于对照组（P＜0.05）；治
疗后,两组痤疮患者特异性生活质量量表（Acne-QOL）评分组间比较，观察组评分高于对照组（P ＜0.05）。结论：五味消毒
饮联合丹芷祛痘中药外敷治疗青少年中重度痤疮疗效显著，同时降低患者性激素水平，改善其皮损情况及生活质量。
Abstract:

Abstract: Objective To analyze the curative effect of wuwei disinfectant combined with danzhi decoction on adolescent
moderate and severe acne. Methods The clinical data of 100 patients with moderate and severe acne admitted to our
hospital from December 2016 to April 2018 were analyzed, and were divided into two groups: the control group was treated
with external application of danzhi acne removing traditional Chinese medicine,the observation group was treated with
wuwei disinfectant combined with external application of danzhi acne removing traditional Chinese medicine, and the
clinical efficacy of the two groups was analyzed after treatment.Results The total effective rate of observation group was
90.00%.The total effective rate was 74.00%.The levels of testosterone (testosterone,T) Dehydroepiandrosterone sulfate
(Dehydroepiandrosterone sulfate,DHEAS) after treatment in the observation group were lower than those in the control
group (P ＜0.05). The GAGS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group at 4 weeks and 8
weeks after treatment (P ＜0.05).Acne-QOL score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group after
treatment (P ＜0.05). Conclusion Wuwei disinfection decoction combined with danzhi acne medicine external application
in the treatment of adolescents with moderate and severe acne has a significant effect, reducing the level of sex hormones,
improving the patients with skin lesions and quality of life.
