[摘要]目的：探讨外科牵引术在上前牙龈下牙体缺损治疗中的应用效果。方法：选择2016年3月-2018年3月笔者医院科室接
诊的上前牙龈下牙体缺损的135例患者为研究对象，以随机数表法分为A组（n =50）、B组（n =45）和C组（n =40），A组接受
外科牵引术，B组采用正畸牵引术，C组冠延长术，最后均通过桩冠修复完成治疗。比较三组的修复成功率、牙周探诊深度
（PPD）、牙龈指数（GI）、牙齿松动度（TM），随访及满意度情况。结果：治疗后，A组患者成功率为98.00%，显著高于
B组的84.44%及C组的77.50%（P ＜0.05）；术前，三组患者PPD、GI、TM水平无明显差异；术后三组患者PPD、GI、TM水平
均明显改善，且A组患者PPD、TM水平低于B组和C组（P ＜0.05），GI水平无显著性差异（P ＞0.05）；术后随访，A组患者
松动脱落、根折、牙龈炎性反应及牙龈边缘色泽改变发生情况均显著低于B组和C组（P ＜0.05）；A组患者满意度显著高于
B组及C组，差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论：在上前牙龈下牙体缺损患者中使用外科牵引术效果显著，值得临床推
广应用。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To study Curative efficacy of Surgical traction in treatment of Defects in the upper and lower gingiva.
Methods 135 cases of upper and lower gingival tooth defects admitted to our hospital were selected as the research objects,
From March 2016 to March 2018. the patients were divided into group A (n =50), group B (n =45) and group C (n =40) by
random number table method. Group A received surgical traction, group B received orthodontic traction, and group C
underwent crown lengthening. The treatment was finally completed through post-crown repair. The success rate, periodontal
probing depth (PPD), gingival index (GI),tooth looseness (TM),follow-up and satisfaction of the three groups were
compared. Results After treatment, the success rate of group A was 98.00%, significantly higher than that of group B (84.44%)
and group C (77.50%) (P ＜0.05). Before surgery, there was no significant difference in PPD, GI and TM levels between the
three groups. After surgery, the PPD, GI and TM levels of the patients in the three groups were significantly improved, and the
PPD and TM levels of the patients in group A were lower than those in group B and group C (P ＜0.05), with no significant
difference in GI levels (P ＞0.05). Postoperative follow-up showed that the incidence of loosening and shedding, root fracture,
gingival inflammatory reaction and gingival edge color change in group A was significantly lower than that in group B and
group C (P ＜0.05). The satisfaction of patients in group A was significantly higher than that in group B and group C, and the
difference was statistically significant (P ＜0.05). Conclusion Surgical traction is effective in the treatment of anterior and
inferior gingival tooth defects, which is worthy of promotion and application.
