[摘要]目的：分析咪达唑仑肌肉注射联合利多卡因表面麻醉在微等离子体治疗过程中的镇静止痛效果。方法：回顾性分析笔
者医院微等离子体治疗的30例痤疮瘢痕患者，均为首次治疗时采用5%复方利多卡因乳膏表面麻醉，再次治疗时选择咪达唑
仑肌肉注射联合利多卡因乳膏表面麻醉辅助微等离子体治疗。记录并对比咪达唑仑联和组与利多卡因单用组治疗前后收缩压
（SBP）、舒张压（DBP）、心率（HR）、血氧饱和度（SpO2）、焦虑评分（Anxiety visual analog test,AVAT)、疼痛评分
(Visual analogue scale,VAS)、满意度评价及顺行性遗忘评价。结果：微等离子体治疗中咪达唑仑联用组患者的SBP、DBP
及HR较利多卡因单用组均下降（P ＜0.0001），SpO2改变不明显。咪达唑仑联用组VAS和AVAT评分较利多卡因单用组均有显著
降低(P ＜0.0001)。辅助应用咪达唑仑后患者满意度及顺行性遗忘率均提高（P ＜0.05）。结论：微等离子体治疗痤疮瘢痕过
程中，咪达唑仑联合利多卡因表面麻醉安全可行，可显著降低治疗的疼痛程度，缓解患者的焦虑，提高顺行性遗忘率和患者
满意度。

Abstract:

Abstract: Objective To compare lidocaine surface anesthesia alone or in combination with midazolam intramuscular injection
for sedation and analgesia in the treatment of acne scar by micro-plasma radiofrequency. Methods 30 patients diagnosed
with acne scar and received micro-plasma radiofrequency treatment were included and retrospectively analyzed. For the
first treatment, 5% compound lidocaine cream were applied for surface anesthesia before micro-plasma radiofrequency. For
the second treatment, midazolam intramuscular injection were given in addition to 5% compound lidocaine cream before
micro-plasma radiofrequency. Systolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic blood pressure (DBP),heart rate (HR) and peripheral
blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) in the two groups before and after treatment were compared. Anxiety, pain intensity, degree
of satisfaction and anterograde amnesia were assessed. Results Compared with treatment of lidocaine cream alone, the
combination with midazolam intramuscular injection remarkably reduced SBP, DBP, pain and anxiety score(P ＜0.0001). On
the other hand, the anterograde amnesia and degree of satisfaction were increased (all P ＜0.05). Conclusion Combination of
intramuscular injection of midazolam and topical lidocaine during the treatment of acne scar by micro-plasma radiofrequency
could reduce pain intensity, decrease anxiety, and increase the anterograde amnesia and degree of satisfaction.
