[摘要]目的：探讨固定式恒久夹板对牙周病松动牙的修复效果及对龈沟液病原菌的影响。方法：选取笔者科室2016年7
月-2018年7月收治的101例牙周病松动牙患者，按照随机数表法将所有患者分为两组。对照组50例，给予基础治疗；观察组
51例，在基础治疗基础上进行固定式恒久夹板修复治疗。观察比较两组患者修复后临床疗效，修复前后龈沟液（GCF）、白
细胞介素-1β（IL-1β）、临床附着丧失（CAL）及探测深度（PD）水平情况，比较两组患者修复前后龈沟液病原菌检出
率。结果：修复后，对照组总有效率明显低于观察组（P ＜0.05），GCF、IL-1β水平明显高于观察组（P ＜0.05），CAL、PD
水平明显高于观察组（P ＜0.05）；修复后，对照组Aa、Pg、Tf检出率明显高于观察组（P ＜0.05)。结论：固定式恒久夹板
对牙周病松动牙的修复效果显著，可改善牙周组织功能，减少龈沟液病原菌含量，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of fixed permanent splint on the repair of periodontal disease loose teeth and the
effect on gingival crevicular pathogens. Methods 101 cases of loose teeth with periodontal disease were selected from July
2016 to July 2018 in our hospital. All patients were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.
Fifty patients in the control group were given basic treatment, and 51 patients in the observation group were given fixed
permanent splint repair therapy on the basis of basic treatment. To observe and compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups
after restoration, the levels of gingival crevicular fluid (GCF), interleukin-1 β (IL-1 β), clinical attachment loss (CAL)
and detection depth (PD) before and after restoration, the detection rates of pathogenic bacteria in gingival crevicular fluid
before and after restoration were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the control group
was significantly lower than that of the observation group (P ＜0.05). The levels of GCF and IL-1β in the control group were
significantly higher than those in the observation group after repair (P ＜0.05). The levels of CAL and PD in the control group
were significantly higher than those in the observation group (P ＜0.05). After repair, the detection rate of Aa, Pg and Tf in the
control group was significantly higher than that in the observation group (P ＜0.05). Conclusion The fixed permanent splint
has a significant effect on the repair of periodontal disease loose teeth, which can improve the function of periodontal tissue and
reduce the pathogen content of gingival crevicular fluid, which is worthy of clinical application.
