[摘要]目的：观察Er:YAG与Nd:YAG激光联合辅助基础疗法治疗侵袭性牙周炎治疗前后临床疗效指标的变化。方法：选择
2017年6月-2018年12月就诊于笔者医院的78例侵袭性牙周炎患者，按照随机数字表法分为传统组、单激光组和双激光组，
每组26例。传统组：采用超声波龈下刮治联合根面平整；单激光组：在传统治疗基础上，患者接受Er:YAG激光刮治联合根
面平整；双激光组：在传统治疗基础上，患者接受Er：YAG激光刮治联合根面平整，并使用Nd：YAG激光照射牙周袋。观察
内容包括疼痛评分、探诊深度、龈沟出血指数和附着丧失，并比较各组疗效。结果：对各组患者即刻视觉模拟疼痛评分
（visual analogue scale,VAS）评分进行统计分析，传统组（4.82±0.63）分、单激光组（4.67±0.57）分与双激光组
（1.66±0.74）分比较，双激光组VAS显著降低，差异有统计学意义（t 1=8.208，P =0.009；t 2=7.452，P =0.013）；临床
指标观察：①治疗后24周，各组的探诊深度（periodontal depth，PD）数值均下降明显（P ＜0.05），双激光组PD值为
（1.83±0.33）mm，显著低于传统组（2.47±0.49）mm和单激光组（2.27±0.39）mm（均P ＜0.05）；②治疗后6周和治疗
后12周观察，各组的龈沟出血指数（sulcus bleeding index,SBI）和附着丧失水平（clinical attachment loss,CAL）明
显低于治疗前（均P＜0.05），但各组间差异均无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；治疗后24周，双激光组的SBI（0.41±0.09）和
CAL值（2.08±0.31）明显低于传统组（SBI：0.69±0.21；CAL：3.16±0.23）和单激光组的（SBI：0.58±0.18；CAL：
2.41±0.26），均P ＜0.05。结论：双激光联合辅助治疗用于侵袭性牙周炎能够获得优于传统疗法和单激光疗法的效果，可
进一步改善PD、SBI和CAL指标，且维持的效果相对较长，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Er:YAG and Nd:YAG laser combined with adjuvant therapy and
conventional basic therapy in the treatment of invasive periodontitis. Methods From June 2017 to December 2018, 78 patients
with invasive periodontitis were divided into traditional group, single wavelength group and double wavelength Group, each
of which was 26 cases, according to the Random digital table method. The traditional group treatment methods were ultrasonic
subgingival curettage combined with root surface formation; On the basis of traditional treatment, single laser group patients
received Er:YAG laser curettage combined with root surface formation; On the basis of traditional treatment, double laser group
underwent Er:YAG laser curettage combined with root surface formation and using Nd:YAG laser irradiation periodontal bag.
The observation included pain score, depth of diagnosis, bleeding index and attachment loss. Results The immediate VAS
score in each group was statistically analyzed: Compared with the traditional group (4.82±0.63) points and the mono-laser
Group (4.67±0.57) points, the VAS score of double laser group (1.66±0.74) points was significantly reduced and the difference
was statistically significant (t 1=8.208, P =0.009; t 2=7.452, P =0.013). Clinical index Observation: ①The PD values of each
group were decreased obviously (P ＜0.05).After treatment, the PD value of the double laser group（1.83±0.33）mm was
significantly lower than that of the traditional group （2.47±0.49）mm and the single Laser Group（2.27±0.39）mm,P
＜0.05. ② After 6 weeks of treatment and 12 weeks after treatment, SBI and CAL were significantly lower than before
treatment (P ＜0.05). During the treatment of 24 weeks, the SBI （0.41±0.09）and CAL（2.08±0.31） values of the doublelaser
group were significantly lower than those of the traditional group（SBI：0.69±0.21；CAL：3.16±0.23） and the single
laser group（SBI：0.58±0.18；CAL：2.41±0.26）. Conclusion Double-laser combined with adjuvant in the treatment of
invasive periodontitis can be better than the traditional therapy and single laser therapy, the specific performance of further
improve the PD, SBI and CAL indicators, and maintain a relatively long effect, it is worth clinical promotion
