[摘要]目的：探究一次性与多次性根管治疗根尖周炎对牙槽骨骨密度的影响。方法：将94例根尖周炎患者，随机分为观察组
（47例）和对照组（47例）。对照组采用多次性根管治疗术；观察组采用一次性根管治疗术。比较两组患者的疗效、填充效
果、疼痛持续时间、根尖处病损区牙槽骨骨密度和复诊次数。结果：观察组总有效率为97.87%，对照组总有效率为85.11%，
观察组的总有效率显著高于对照组（P ＜0.05）；治疗后两组患者治疗填充效果的差别无统计学意义。治疗后1个月、3个月
和6个月，两组患者根尖处病损区牙槽骨骨密度随时间延长均升高，差别具有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；两组之间根尖处病损
区牙槽骨骨密度无显著差异，差别无统计学意义（P ＞0.05）。治疗后，观察组术后疼痛VAS评分、疼痛持续时间及复诊次数
均明显低于对照组，差别具有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论：一次性根管治疗术治疗根尖周炎的填充效果及对牙槽骨骨密
度的提高效果与多次性根管治疗术相似，但前者疼痛低、复诊次数少且疗效更佳，具有临床推广应用价值。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To investigate the short-term efficacy of one-off and multiple root canals in the treatment of periapical
periodontitis and its effect on alveolar bone mineral density. Methods 94 patients with periapical inflammation were randomly
divided into the observation group (47 cases) and the control group (47 cases). The control group was treated with multiple
root canal therapy, and the observation group was treated with one-time root canal therapy. The effect, filling effect, duration
of pain, bone mineral density and number of revisits were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate
of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (97.87% vs 81.11%, P ＜0.05). There was no
significant difference in the filling effect between the two groups after treatment (P ＞0.05). At 1 month, 3 months and 6 months
after the treatment, the bone mineral density of the alveolar bone at the root tip in the two groups increased with the time,
with significant difference (P ＜0.05). There were no significant differences in the bone mineral density of the alveolar bone
between the two groups at 1 month, 3 months and 6 months after the treatment (P ＞0.05). After treatment, the scores of VAS,
the duration of pain and the number of revisits r in the observation group were significantly lowe than those in the control group
(P ＜0.05). Conclusion The short-term effect of one-time root canal treatment on the treatment of root tip infection and the
effect of improving the bone mineral density on the alveolar bone is similar to that of multiple-time root canal treatment, but the
former is low in pain, less in revisiting times and better in curative effect, which is worthy for clinical application.
