摘要:
[摘要]目的：探讨支持性心理干预联合阶段性健康教育对烧伤后瘢痕整形手术患者负性情绪以及生活质量的影响。方法：
选取2016年11月-2018年12月笔者医院收治并进行烧伤后瘢痕整形手术患者62例，随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组，各31
例。对照组采取常规护理，观察组采取支持性心理干预联合阶段性健康教育护理，比较两组患者住院时间及并发症发生情
况，比较两组患者干预前后健康状况调查问卷（The MOS 36-item short-form health survey，SF-36）、焦虑自评量表
（Self-rating anxiety scale，SAS）、抑郁自评量表（Self-rating depression scale，SDS）以及患者满意度。结果：
与干预前相比，干预后两组患者SF-36问卷各因子评分均增加，且观察组高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。干预
后两组患者的SAS、SDS评分均低于干预前，观察组干预后的SAS、SDS评分明显低于对照组（P ＜0.05）。观察组患者住院时
间及并发症发生率明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。观察组患者对护理人员的护理技术、服务质量、人文
关怀以及健康教育满意度评分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论：支持性心理干预联合阶段性健康教育
可有效改善烧伤后瘢痕整形手术患者负性情绪，增加患者护理满意度，提高患者生活质量。
