[摘要]目的:探讨3D打印、切削及失蜡铸造在三单位桥固定义齿桥中的应用效果。方法:随机选择3D打印、铸造和切削制作
的固定三单位桥义齿,各100付。通过对边缘密合度和就位顺利程度的等级检测判断三组固定式义齿桥的适应性。结果:三
组固定义齿三单位桥适应性检验情况之间差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05或P <0.01)。3D打印组目视检查、显微镜检查、
探针检查及就位检查明显优于铸造组(P <0.05或P <0.01);切削组目视检查、显微镜检查、探针检查及就位检查明显优
于铸造组(P <0.01)。切削组边缘间隙显著低于3D打印组、铸造组(P <0.01);3D打印组肩台中央间隙明显低于切削
组、铸造组(P <0.05);铸造组轴面中央间隙低于3D打印组、切削组(P <0.05);3D打印组牙合面中央间隙高于铸造组
和切削组(P <0.05);三组内部整体适合性无统计学差异(P >0.05)。结论:SLM、切削及失蜡铸造方法制作的三单位桥
固定式义齿桥对修复体适合性有一定影响,3D打印、切削制作的固定式义齿桥(三单位桥)适合性优于失蜡法铸造。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To explore application of 3D printing, cutting and wax-loss casting in fi xed denture bridge with triple
crown. Methods Randomized selection of fi xed 3-crown dentures made by 3D printing, casting and cutting, 100 pairs each.
The adaptability of 3 groups of fi xed denture bridges was judged by grading the degree of marginal closure and smoothness of
placement. Results There were signifi cant differences in the adaptability test of 3 groups of fi xed denture triple crowns (P <0.01
or P <0.05). Visual examination, microscopic examination, probe examination and in-situ examination in the 3D printing group
were signifi cantly better than those in the casting group (P<0.05 or P<0.01).Visual examination, microscopic examination, probe
examination and in-situ examination in the cutting group were signifi cantly better than those in the casting group (P<0.01). The
gap of the edge of the cutting group is signifi cantly lower than that of the 3D printing group and the casting group (P <0.01).
The central gap of the shoulder table of the 3D printing group is obviously lower than that of the cutting group and the
casting group (P <0.05 ). The central gap of the central gap of the shaft surface of the casting group is lower than that of
the 3D printing group and the cutting group (P <0.05); and the central gap of the 3D printing group is higher than that of
the casting group, No statistical difference was found in the whole group (P <0.05), and the overall fi t of the group was not
statistically signifi cant (P >0.05). Conclusion The three-crown fi xed denture bridge made by SLM, cutting and casting method
have certain infl uence on the fi tness of the prosthesis. The three-crown fi xed denture bridge made by 3D printing and cutting
methodhave better fi tness than that made by wax-loss method.
