[摘要]目的：探讨“风筝”皮瓣(亦称皮下蒂推进皮瓣）在面部部分区域（耳、鼻翼区、上唇区、眉区等）体表肿物切除术
后缺损修复中的应用。方法：本组30例患者切除体表肿物后，于缺损邻近部位按照尽量不影响局部解剖单位为原则设计“风
筝”皮瓣，推进转移修复皮肤缺损。结果：30例患者伤口均一期愈合，皮瓣血供可靠，随访时间3～6个月，皮瓣平整，瘢痕
无增生，局部外形佳。结论：面部部分区域的创面不宜直接缝合，用“风筝”皮瓣进行修复简单易行，效果可靠。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To discuss the application of “kite” flap in the reconstruction of the defect after the removal of the
superfi cial soft tissue masses in some facial areas(ear, alar area, upper lip area, eyebrow area, etc). Methods The “kite” fl ap
was designed in the adjacent part of the defect without affecting the local anatomic unit as far as possible, and the skin defect
was repaired by transfer. Results All the wounds of 30 patients were healed in one stage, the blood supply of the fl ap was
reliable, the follow-up time was 3-6 months, the fl ap was smooth, the scar was not hyperplastic, and the local shape was good.
Conclusion It is not suitable to directly suture the wound in some part of the face. It is simple and feasible to repair with “kite”
skin fl ap, and the effect is reliable.
