[摘要]目的：探讨生物陶瓷材料iRoot SP与Vitapex在一次性根管术中的临床疗效。方法：选择2017年1月-2017年12月于笔
者科室就诊的行牙修复治疗的120例患者（170颗患牙）为研究对象，按随机数表法将患者分为观察组60例（患牙90颗）和对
照组60例（患牙80颗），均行一次性根管治疗，观察组以iRoot SP作为根充糊剂，对照组以Vitapex为根充糊剂，比较两组
患者治疗后的填充效果和视觉模拟评分(VAS)。结果：随着填充时间延长，两组患牙的临床疗效提高，VAS评分下降，治疗后
7d，两组患牙的临床疗效、VAS评分均无显著性差异（P ＞0.05），1年后随访，观察组治疗有效率为98.99%，显著高于对照
组的92.50%（P ＞0.05）。结论：iRoot SP是一种可靠的根管封闭剂，在一次性根管治疗中有较好的临床疗效，值得在临床
上推广应用。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To explore clinical curative effect of bioceramic materials iRoot SP and Vitapex on one-time root canal
surgery. Methods A total of 120 patients (170 teeth) who underwent dental restoration in the hospital during the period
from January 2017 to December 2017 were enrolled as study objects. They were divided into observation group (60 cases,
90 offending teeth) and control group (60 cases, 80 offending teeth) according to random number table method. All of them
underwent one-time root canal treatment. The iRoot SP was applied as root canal filling paste in observation group, while
Vitapex was applied as root canal fi lling paste in control group. The fi lling effects and score of visual analog scale (VAS) were
compared between the two groups after treatment. Results With the prolonging of fi lling time, the clinical curative effect of
offending teeth in both groups was improved, while VAS score was decreased. At 7d after treatment, there was no signifi cant
difference in clinical curative effect of offending teeth or VAS score between the two groups (P ＞0.05). At 1 year after followup,
the response rate of treatment in observation group was signifi cantly higher than that in control group (98.99% vs 92.50%)
(P ＞0.05). Conclusion iRoot SP is a reliable root canal sealer. It’s clinical curative effect is relatively better in one-time root
canal treatment. It is worthy of promotion in clinical application.
