[摘要]目的:探讨经乳晕Ω形切口行乳房聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶取出术的临床应用与操作体会。方法:对81例既往行注射聚丙烯
酰胺水凝胶隆乳并要求取出的患者,采用经乳晕Ω形切口取出聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶的方法,并观察其疗效。结果:本组81例患
者术后随访6~12个月,乳房恢复自然外观,手术痕迹不明显,聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶清除率高,患者对手术效果满意。结论:
采用经乳晕Ω形切口在直视下行乳房聚丙烯酰胺取出术,体表瘢痕不明显,手术创伤小,注射材料清除率高,患者满意度
高,是值得推广的手术方式。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the advantages of breast polyacrylamide hydrogel (PAHG) extraction through “Ω” incision
of areola and discuss the clinical applications and operation experiences. Methods There are 81 patients who had been injected
polyacrylamide hydrogel for breast augmentation and asked to taken out were treated with polyacrylamide hydrogel extraction
through “Ω” incision of areola. And observe its curative effect. Results 81 patients were followed up for 6 months to 12
months. The breasts recovered to its natural appearance, the trace of operation was not obvious, the clearance rate was high,
and the effect of the operation was satisfactory. Conclusion We used the “Ω” incision of areola under direct vision to extract
the Polyacrylamide hydrogel in clinic, the scar is not obvious and the trauma of the operation is small, as well as the injection
material is removed. Therefore, this surgical method is worth to promoting because of its high clearance rate and high patient
satisfaction.
