摘要:
[摘要]目的:应用数字化种植导板引导对前牙区牙缺失进行种植手术,探讨数字化种植导板在口腔种植中的优势和临床应用
的精确度。方法:选择前牙区牙列缺损患者15例(20颗),术前对患者进行锥形束CT扫描(CBCT,Cone beam CT),评估骨
量满足种植条件,石膏印模光学扫描,将数据导入手术模拟设计系统,制作牙支持式的CAD/CAM(Computer aided design/
Computer aided manufacturing)种植导板和临时义齿,3D打印完成临床应用,种植术后再次通过CBCT扫描,与预期种植位
置进行比较,测定种植体颈部中点、深度、根尖的位置偏差和角度偏差,比较种植体实际位置与术前设计的差异,所得数
据采用SPSS 18.0进行统计学分析。结果:种植体颈部偏差(0.266±0.104)mm,根尖偏差(0.805±0.567)mm,深度偏差
(0.633±0.089)mm,角度偏差(3.124±1.582)°,除角度外,各点差异均无统计学意义(P >0.05)。结论:数字化种
植手术导板辅助种植手术,尤其适合前牙即刻种植和制作临时牙,凸显控制种植体植入的精准度。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To explore the advantages of digital implant guide plate in oral implantation and the accuracy. Methods
Fifteen patients with 20 front teeth missing were chosen, the bone were assessment by scanning cone beam CT (CBCT,Cone
beam CT),and the gypsum impression were optical scanned,data import operation simulation system design preoperative,CAD/
CAM(Computer Aided Design/Computer Aided Manufacturing) guide implants and temporary denture were done for
implantation. After implanting CBCT were scanned again, and compared with the planning location, determination of implant
neck midpoint, depth, root tip position deviation and angular deviation, comparing the difference between them. The data
obtained were statistically analyzed by SPSS 18.0. Results There was no statistical significance between the implant neck
deviation(0.266±0.104)mm,root tip deviation (0.805±0.567)mm,depth deviation (0.633±0.089)mm,and angle deviation
(3.124±1.582) ° (P >0.05). Conclusion The implant surgery assisted with digital implant guide plate is especially suitable for
immediate implantation of anterior teeth and making temporary teeth, and obtained the accuracy of implantation.
