[摘要]目的:CBCT检测分析全口种植烤瓷牙患者牙槽骨高度和吸收状况,为临床治疗提供参考依据。方法:选择2016年2
月-2019年4月采用随机奇偶数字的方法抽取承德市某三甲医院收治的100例全口种植烤瓷牙患者,采用χ2检验比较上下磨牙
牙槽骨吸收类型,采用t检验比较上下磨牙牙槽骨吸收程度及治疗前后牙槽骨高度变化。 结果:上、下磨牙牙槽骨吸收类型
中,垂直型吸收少于水平型吸收(P <0.05);下颌磨牙牙槽骨总位点的水平型吸收多于上颌磨牙(P <0.05);上侧磨牙在
DB、DP、D位点牙槽吸收水平低于下侧磨牙(P <0.05);上侧磨牙在M位点牙槽吸收水平高于下侧磨牙(P <0.05);治疗后
近中、远中、唇侧、舌侧牙槽骨高度均高于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.01)。结论:相比种植烤瓷牙修复前,全
口种植烤瓷牙患者牙槽骨高度变化较大,全口种植烤瓷牙有利于促进牙槽骨改建,提高治疗效果。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To analyze the alveolar bone height and absorption of patients with full-mouth implanted porcelain by
CBCT, and provide reference for clinical treatment. Methods From February 2016 to April 2019, a random odd-even number
method was used to extract 100 patients with full-mouth dental implants admitted to a top three hospital in Chengde
City. The χ2 test was used to compare the alveolar bone resorption types of the upper and lower molars, t test was
used to compare the degree of alveolar bone resorption and the change of alveolar bone height before and after
treatment. Results The vertical absorption of the alveolar bone resorption type of the upper and lower molars was
less than that of the horizontal absorption (P <0.05). The horizontal absorption of the total alveolar bone of the mandibular
molar was more than that of the maxillary molar (P <0.05).The level of alveolar absorption in the DB, DP and D lobe was
lower than that in the lower molar (P <0.05). The level of alveolar absorption in the upper molar was higher than that in the
lower molar (P <0.05). The heights of the distal,labial and lingual alveolar bones were higher than before treatment,and the
differences were statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion Compared with the porcelain implants, the alveolar bone
height of the full-mouth implanted porcelain patients has a great change. The full-mouth implanted porcelain teeth is benefi cial
to promote the alveolar bone reconstruction and improve the therapeutic effect.
