摘要:: [摘要]目的：探究聚焦心理护理对面部良性肿瘤切除术患者不良心理情绪及自我管理的影响。方法：选取2017年6月-2019年
1月笔者医院收治的127例行面部良性肿瘤切除术患者为研究对象，按照随机数字法分为聚焦组（n =64）和对照组（n =63），
对照组采用常规护理，聚焦组在对照组基础上采用聚焦心理护理，观察两组患者自我管理能力、焦虑、抑郁、生活质量和
满意度等情况，并进行对比分析。结果：干预后两组SAS、SDS评分均下降，且聚焦组低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P
＜0.05）；聚焦组住院时间、术后疼痛评分和术后感染率均低于对照组，自我管理能力评分和满意度高于对照组，差异具有
统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论：聚焦心理护理能显著改善面部良性肿瘤切除术患者不良情绪，提高其自我管理能力和满意
度，是一种较为良好的护理方法。

Abstract:: Abstract: Objective To investigate the effect of focalized psychological nursing on bad psychological emotions and selfmanagement
in patients with facial benign tumor cosmetic resection. Methods A total of 127 patients with facial benign tumor
cosmetic resection admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to January 2019 were divided into the focus group (n =64) and the control
group (n =63) according to the random number method. The control group received conventional nursing, and the focus group used
focalized psychological nursing on the basis of the control group. The self-management ability, self-rating depression scale (SDS),
self-rating anxiety scale (SAS), quality of life and satisfaction of the two groups were observed and compared. Results After the
intervention, the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups decreased, and the focus group was lower than the control group (P＜0.05).
The hospitalization time, postoperative pain score and postoperative infection rate in the focus group were lower than those in the
control group, while the self-management ability score and satisfaction were higher than those in the control group (P ＜0.05).
Conclusion Focalized psychological nursing can signifi cantly improve the bad mood,the self-management ability and satisfaction in
patients with facial benign tumor cosmetic resection, which is a relatively promising nursing method.
