[摘要]目的：探究三联综合疗法在治疗跖疣中的疗效和临床价值。方法：选取2017年9月-2018年9月在深圳市龙华人民医
院皮肤科门诊就诊的60例跖疣患者，分为治疗组29例和对照组31例。治疗组采用三联综合疗法治疗，采用氟尿嘧啶注射和
外用他扎罗汀以及口服脾氨肽冻干粉；对照组采用CO2激光治疗。比较两组患者治疗后的临床疗效，分析皮损消退情况和
疼痛程度。结果：组内比较，两组跖疣体数目治疗4周和8周后均有减少，与治疗前比较均有显著性差异（P ＜0.05），
组间比较得出，治疗8周后治疗组的跖疣体数目明显少于对照组的数目，有显著性差异（P ＜0.05）。治疗组疼痛
程度评分明显低于对照组，有显著性差异（P ＜0.05）。疗效方面，治疗组有效率89.66%，明显高于对照组的51.61%
（χ2=10.43,P ＜0.05）,两组比较有显著性差异。结论：三联综合疗法治疗跖疣患者临床疗效显著，不良反应发生率低，在
临床上有一定推广价值。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To explore the curative effect and clinical value of triad combined treatment on plantar wart. Methods
A total of 60 plantar wart patients who were treated in the dermatology outpatient department of shenzhen longhua people’s
hospital from September 2017 to September 2018 were selected, which were divided into 29 cases in the treatment group and
31 cases in the control group. Patients in the treatment group were treated with a combination of three therapies: fluorouracil
injection, topical tazarotin and oral splenic ammonia peptide freeze dry powder,patients in the control group were only treated
with CO2 laser. To compare the clinical efficacy of rash resolution and pain degree. Results In-group comparison showed
that the number of plantar warts was decreased in both the treatment group and control group after 4 and 8 weeks ,with a
significant difference compared with that before treatment (P ＜0.05). The number of plantar warts in the treatment group was
significantly lower than that in the control group after 8 weeks of treatment, with a significant difference (P ＜0.05). Pain score
in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group, with a significant difference (P ＜0.05). In terms
of efficacy, the effective rate of the treatment group (89.66%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (51.61%).
Chi-square test showed that there was a significant difference between the treatment group and the control group (χ2= 10.43,
P ＜0.05). Conclusion Triad combined therapy has obvious clinical effect and low incidence of adverse reactions in treating
plantar wart patients, it has certain popularization value in clinic.
