Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To investigate the application of the pedicled ultra-thin flap repair of the lower abdomen combined with
the negative pressure closed drainage technique in the thermal compression of the hand to promote the healing principle of the
flap and wound. Methods A total of 104 patients with hand bruises admitted to the department of burns in our hospital from
March 2017 to April 2019 were randomly divided into the conventional group and the combined group according to the digital
table method, with 52 patients in each group. After the debridement of necrotic tissue and the exploration of tissue damage in
the conventional group, the lower abdomen pedicled ultra-thin flap was used to repair the hand wound. The combined group
underwent repair of the lower abdominal pedicled ultra-thin flaps and negative pressure closed drainage wounds, and the
treatment results were followed up. Results The flap survival rate and excellent and good rate of hand function recovery in
the combined group were significantly higher than those in the conventional group, and the average pedicle cutting time in
the combined group was shorter than that in the conventional group, the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05).
Conclusion Lower abdominal pedicled ultra-thin flap repair combined with negative pressure closed drainage technology can
improve the survival rate of flaps, improve the function of patients’ hands, and improve the quality of life of patients during
thermal compression treatment. Worth clinical application promotion
