摘要:: [摘要]目的：探讨埋线缝合与传统缝合对皮脂腺囊肿手术治疗后修复效果的影响。方法：回顾性选取2017年1月-2018年4月
在笔者医院接受治疗的皮脂腺囊肿患者93例，根据缝合术式不同分为对照组（n =46）和观察组（n =47），对照组患者行传统
缝合术，观察组患者行埋线缝合术，整理术中及术后各种临床数据，对结果进行对比分析。结果：手术后，观察组患者的
总治愈率为97.87%，与对照组患者的97.83%相比无统计学意义（P ＞0.05）；术后1个月复查，观察组患者的创口美观总
有效率95.74%，明显高于对照组的78.26%（P ＜0.05）；观察组患者术后6个月和术后12个月的瘢痕恢复总有效率显著高
于对照组，结果有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；观察组患者术后汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分与焦虑量表(HAMA)评分均显著
低于对照组（P ＜0.05）；观察组患者的心理、生理和精神指标显著高于对照组（P ＜0.05），两组的社会关系、独立性无
显著性差异（P ＞0.05）。结论：皮脂腺囊肿切除术后行埋线缝合，能够减少术后瘢痕形成、改善瘢痕恢复情况，提高美观
度，有效缓解患者的负性情绪，提高其生活质量。

Abstract:: Abstract: Objective To explore the effects of sutured suture and traditional suture on postoperative repair of sebaceous gland
cyst. Methods A total of 93 patients with sebaceous cysts who were treated in the hospital between January 2017 and April
2018 were retrospectively selected. According to different suture methods, they were divided into control group (n =46) and
observation group (n =47). The control group were treated with traditional suture, while observation group were treated with
buried suture. All intraoperative and postoperative clinical data were sorted and the results were comparatively analyzed.
Results After surgery, there was no significant difference in the total cure rate between observation group and control group
(97.87% vs 97.83%, P ＞0.05). The reexamination results at 1 month after surgery showed that the aesthetic effective rate of
observation group was significantly higher than that of control group (95.74% vs 78.26%, P ＜0.05).The total effective rates
of scar recovery in the observation group at 6 months and 12 months after surgery were significantly higher than those of the
control group (P ＜0.05).After surgery,scores of Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) and Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA)
in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group (P ＜0.05).The psychological, physiological and
spiritual indexes of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P ＜0.05), while the social
relationship and independence of the two groups were not significantly different (P ＞0.05). Conclusion Buried suture after
sebaceous cysts resection can inhibit scar formation after surgery, improve scar recovery and aesthetic degree, effectively
relieve negative emotion and improve quality of life in patients.
