[摘要]目的:探讨情景模拟教学在整形美容临床本科实习中的应用。方法:选取2018年1月-2019年1月在河南中医药大学第
一附属医院实习的临床本科学生60名为研究对象,随机分成实验组与对照组,实验组采用传统理论教学+案例教学法+情景模
拟教学,对照组采用传统理论教学+案例教学法。教学完成后两组均参加理论考试、技能考试及问卷调查。结果:实验组学
生的理论考试成绩及技能考试成绩均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);实验组临床理论知识、临床技能水平、
临床思维能力、自主学习能力、咨询沟通能力五个方面评价均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:情景
模拟教学方法能提高临床实习学生的临床能力,有利于实习生掌握临床技能,培养临床思维能力。
Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To discuss the application of scenario simulation teaching during the clinical undergraduate practice in
plastic surgery. Methods 60 clinical undergraduates were randomly divided into two groups, worked as interns in the First
Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of CM from January 2018 to January 2019. The Lecture-based learning (LBL) teaching
with Case-based teaching (CBT) mode was used in control group (30 students), and the LBL-CBT with Scenario simulation
teaching (SST) mode was used in the experimental group (another 30 students). After the course, both of the groups participated
in the theory examination, skill examination and questionnaire. Results The theoretical and skill scores of the experimental
group were significantly higher than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05). The clinical
theoretical knowledge, clinical skills, clinical thinking ability, autonomous learning ability and consultation and communication
ability of the experimental group were better than those of the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion Scenario simulation
teaching method can improve the clinical ability of students, which is helpful for interns to master clinical skills and cultivate
clinical thinking ability.
