[摘要]目的:探讨595nm脉冲染料激光联合重组人表皮生长因子(Recombinant human epidermal growth factor,rhEGF)对
面部瘢痕修复患者瘢痕面积及肉芽组织成熟分级的干预作用。方法:选取2018年1月-2019年2月笔者医院就诊的86例面部瘢
痕修复患者为研究对象,随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,每组43例。对照组采取595nm脉冲染料激光治疗(术后皮肤表
面敷等渗盐水),研究组采取595nm脉冲染料激光联合rhEGF治疗。统计两组创面愈合率、创面愈合时间、瘢痕面积、肉芽组
织成熟分级、瘢痕(Vancouver scar scale,VSS)评分及治疗满意度。结果:治疗后3d、7d、14d研究组创面愈合率高于对照
组(P<0.05);研究组创面愈合时间短于对照组、瘢痕面积小于对照组(P <0.05);经Ridit检验,治疗后14d研究组肉芽组
织成熟分级情况优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后14d两组VSS评分较治疗前降低,且研究组低于对照组(P <0.05);研究组治
疗满意度95.35%,高于对照组的79.07%(P<0.05)。结论:595nm脉冲染料激光联合rhEGF应用于面部瘢痕修复患者可显著加快
创面愈合,促进肉芽组织成熟,缩小瘢痕面积,还可明显改善瘢痕情况,提高治疗满意度。
Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To investigate the effect of 595 nm pulsed dye laser combined with recombinant human epidermal growth
factor (rhEGF) on scar area and granulation tissue maturation in patients with facial scar repair. Methods Eighty-six patients
with facial scar repair in our hospital from January 2018 to February 2019 were enrolled. The randomized digital table method
was divided into study group and control group, with 43 cases in each group. The control group was treated with 595nm pulsed
dye laser (stomach surface was treated with isotonic saline), and the study group was treated with 595nm pulsed dye laser
combined with rhEGF. The wound healing rate, wound healing time, scar area, granulation tissue maturity grade, scar (VSS)
score and treatment satisfaction were counted. Results The wound healing rate of the study group was higher than that of the
control group at 3,7 and 14 days after treatment (P <0.05). The wound healing time of the study group was shorter than that of
the control group and the scar area was smaller than the control group (P <0.05). Ridit test The grading of granulation tissue in
the study group was better than that in the control group 14 days after treatment (P <0.05). The VSS score of the two groups
was lower than that before treatment at 14 days after treatment, and the study group was lower than the control group (P <0.05).
The treatment satisfaction rate was 95.35% higher than that of the control group (79.07%) (P <0.05). Conclusion The
application of 595 nm pulsed dye laser combined with rhEGF in facial scar repair can significantly accelerate wound healing,
promote granulation tissue maturation, reduce scar area, and significantly improve scarring and treatment satisfaction.
