[摘要]目的:探究CO2点阵激光联合羟基乙酸治疗面部炎性痤疮的疗效。方法:选取2017年2月-2019年8月笔者科室接诊的面
部炎性痤疮患者135例,按照随机表法分为标准治疗组、对照组和观察组,每组45例。标准治疗组采用米诺环素联合维A酸
乳膏进行治疗,对照组予以CO2点阵激光治疗,观察组在此基础上加用羟基乙酸,观察并比较三组患者的治疗效果。结果:
标准治疗组、观察组治疗总有效率分别为97.78%、95.56%,均显著高于对照组的80.00%,具有统计学意义(P <0.05);
治疗后,标准治疗组及观察组舒适度评分显著高于对照组,痂皮脱落时间、误工期及术后不良反应发生率均低于对照组
(P <0.05);三组患者色素斑、纹理、红色区、毛孔、紫质检测分值和痤疮瘢痕权重评分(ECCA)均降低,标准治疗组、
观察组显著低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:CO2点阵激光联合羟基乙酸治疗面部炎性痤疮能够有效控制炎症反应,改善皮肤
痤疮瘢痕,促进患处皮肤的修复,提高临床治疗有效率和舒适度。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of CO2 lattice laser combined with glycolic acid on facial. Methods 135 patients
with facial inflammatory acne treated in the dermatology department of our hospital between February 2017 and August
2019 were selected and randomly divided into the standard treatment group, the control group and the observation group
according to the random table method, with 45 cases in each group. The standard treatment group was treat with minocycline
combined with tretinoin cream. Patients in the control group were treated with CO2 lattice laser, while the observation group
was additionally treated with glycolic acid. The therapeutic effectsof the three groups were observed and compared. Results
The total effective rate in the standard treatment group and the observation group were 97.78%, 95.56%, significantly higher
than that in the control group 80.00% (P <0.05). After treatment, the score of comfort in the standard treatment group and the
observation group were significantly higher than that in the control group, and the time of scab peeling , delay and incidence
of postoperative adverse reactions were all lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The scores of color spot, texture,
red area, pore, purple substance detection and échelle d’évaluation chiniquc dcs cicatricesd’acné(ECCA) in the three groups
of patients were decreased, and those in the standard treatment group and the observation group were significantly lower than
those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion CO2 lattice laser combined with glycolic acid in the treatment of facial
inflammatory acne can effectively inhibit inflammatory reaction, improve skin acne scar, promote the repair of affected skin,
and improve the efficiency and comfort of clinical treatment.
