[摘要]目的：探究可注射的富含血小板纤维蛋白（injectable platelet-rich fibrin，i-PRF）联合结缔组织移植瓣
(Connective tissue graft,CTG)治疗MillerⅠ类及Ⅱ类重度牙龈退缩的疗效及美学效果。方法：选取2018年1月-2019年9月
笔者医院收治的50例MillerⅠ类或Ⅱ类重度牙龈退缩患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法将患者分为试验组和对照组，每
组25例（25颗患牙），并分别进行改良冠向复位瓣（Coronally advanced flap，CAF)+CTG+i-PRF和CAF+CTG修复治疗。比较
两组患者术前及术后6个月角化龈宽度(KTW)、探诊深度(PD)、牙龈退缩深度(RD)、临床附着水平(CAL)及牙龈厚度(GT)，两
组患者术后6个月根面覆盖（RC）百分比及完全根面覆盖（CRC）率以及美学效果。结果：术后6个月，两组患者KTW、GT均较
术前明显增加，PD、RD及CAL均较术前明显减小，比较差异具有统计学意义(均P ＜0.05)，其中试验组患者KTW明显大于对照
组、RD明显小于对照组，比较差异具有统计学意义(均P ＜0.05)；试验组患者术后6个月RC及CRC高于对照组，组间比较无显
著性差异(P ＞0.05)；试验组患者术后VAS、粉红美学指数(PES)明显高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(均P ＜0.05)。结论：
i-PRF联合CTG在重度牙龈退缩CAF修复中疗效显著，可进一步改善患者KTW、RD，提高美学修复效果。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To explore the therapeutic and aesthetic effects of injectable platelet fibrin-rich (i-PRF) combined with
connective tissue graft (CTG) for Miller type Ⅰ and Ⅱ severe gingival recession. Methods Fifty Miller Ⅰ or Ⅱ severe
gingival recession patients admitted in our hospital from January 2018 to September 2019 were selected, and the patients were
randomly divided into a test group (n =25) and a control group (n =25), and were treated with CAF+CTG+i-PRF and CAF+CTG.
The keratinized gingival width (KTW), probing depth (PD), gingival recession depth (RD), clinical attachment level (CAL), and
gingival thickness (GT) of two groups before and after 6 months after the surgery were compared, as well as The percentage
of Root Coverage (RC), complete Root Coverage (CRC) rate and the aesthetic effect at 6 months after surgery. Results At 6
months after operation, KTW and GT in the two groups were significantly increased and the PD, RD and CAL were significantly
reduced compared with before surgery (all P ＜0.05). And the KTW and RD of the test group patients were significantly better
than those in the control group (both P ＜0.05). The RC and CRC of the experimental group were higher than the control group
at 6 months after operation, but there was no significant difference between the groups (P ＞0.05),VAS and pink aesthetic index
(PES) of patients in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the differences were
statistically significant (all P ＜0.05). Conclusion i-PRF combined with CTG has significant curative effect in CAF repair of
severe gingival recession, which can further improve KTW and RD in patients and improve the effect of cosmetic repair.
