[摘要]目的：探究心理社会支持模式护理干预对玫瑰痤疮患者QLO-C30评分及症状积分的影响。方法：选取2017年2月-2019
年2月在笔者医院皮肤科就诊的120例玫瑰痤疮患者，随机分为对照组（60例）和观察组（60例）。两组患者均予以对症治
疗，同时给予对照组常规护理干预，观察组则给予心理社会支持模式护理干预。两组均连续干预6个月后，观察并比较其生
存质量、抑郁程度（Self-rating depression scale，SDS）、自我感受负担（Self-perceived burden，SPB）、社会支持
（Social support rating scale，SSRS）及皮损情况。结果：干预后，观察组躯体功能、社会功能、角色功能、认知功
能、情绪功能各项评分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。两组SDS评分、SPB评分均降低、SSRS评分升高，且
观察组SDS评分、SPB评分低于对照组，SSRS评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。两组皮损积分降低，且观察
组皮损积分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。观察组治疗总依从率及耐受率均显著高于对照组，差异有统计学
意义（P ＜0.05）。结论：心理社会支持模式护理干预有助于改善玫瑰痤疮患者的生活质量及抑郁程度，降低症状积分及SPB
评分，值得推广。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of psychosocial support mode nursing intervention on score of QLO-C30 and
score of symptom in patients with rosacea. Methods 120 cases of patients with rose acne who visited the dermatological
department of our hospital between February 2017 and February 2019 were randomly divided into the control group (60 cases)
and the observation group (60 cases). Both groups were given symptomatic treatment, the control group was given routine
nursing intervention, and the observation group was given psycho-social support model nursing intervention. After 6 months
of continuous intervention, the quality of life, depression, self-perceived burden, social support and skin lesions between the
two groups were observed and compared. Results After the intervention, the scores of physical function, social function, role
function, cognitive function and emotional function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and
the differences were statistically significant(P ＜0.05). The SDS score and SPB score of the two groups decreased, while the
SSRS score increased. The SDS score and SPB score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and
the SSRS score was higher than that of the control group(P ＜0.05). The skin lesion score of the two groups decreased, and
the skin lesion score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P ＜0.05). The total compliance rate
and tolerance rate of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P ＜0.05). Conclusion
Psychosocial support model nursing intervention is helpful to improve the quality of life and depression degree of patients with
rose acne, reduce score of symptom and SPB score, and is worthy of promotion.
