摘要:
[摘要]透明质酸是生物体内广泛存在的一种酸性黏多糖,它具有优异的生物相容性、超强锁水能力、独特的网状结构以及在
体内存在透明质酸受体等特点。透明质酸作为天然生物聚合物,在促进活性物质传递方面显现良好的应用前景。本文就透明
质酸在外用传递系统中的应用研究进行了综述,从透明质酸自身渗透、透明质酸及透明质酸结合物促进其他活性物质的渗透
方面进行展开,以期为今后透明质酸在外用传递系统方面的应用及产品开发提供借鉴。

Abstract:Hyaluronic acid is an acid polysaccharide widely found in organisms.It has excellent biocompatibility,super waterholding
capacity,unique network structure and hyaluronic acid receptors in the body.As a natural biopolymeric,it has shown a
promising application prospect in the biomedical field that promotes the penetration of active substances.This paper reviewed
the progress of research on hyaluronic acid applied in topical delivery system from hyaluronic acid self-penetration to
hyaluronic acid and hyaluronic acid conjugate to promote the penetration of other active substances.It will provide reference for
future in the application of hyaluronic acid in the topical delivery system and development of products.
